Happened to me exactly like Ivania… The opening is luxurious, fresh, with sweet and fruity roses, but the dry-down gives me severe dizziness. At first, I thought it was sunscreen, but after weeks of wearing it, I swear it made me nauseous. It has a very synthetic and plastic base that lasts forever. I love the opening, but that vinyl note completely turns me off.

Not my style, even though it starts out floral, sweet, and cheerful. However, as it dries down, it smells like vinyl and plastic, which gave me a terrible headache. Plus, being an eau, it lasted barely 5 hours on my intact skin.

My family said it smelled like sweet flowers, and they were right. Notes of red fruits and sweetness blend well with the florals from the start. It’s fresher than the traditional Parisienne, though it keeps that romantic vibe and a touch of synthetic edge. Here, the roses take center stage over the red fruits, with a green opening and without the woody sandalwood and vetiver of the original. Since my skin makes fragrances fade quickly, this doesn’t last long, but if you apply it well, the trail is nice. Roses suit me perfectly, so I wear it whenever I want; it evolves pleasantly: sometimes sweet and fruity, other times acidic or with violets, finishing soft and powdery on the skin. Ideal for temperate or hot climates, though I wouldn’t rule out wearing it year-round given how accommodating it is.

It’s the same traditional Parisienne, just this is an eau de toilette instead of a parfum. The scent is softer and less cloying, and it costs exactly the same.
