I had to buy it! The scent is sooooo delicious!! It’s sweet rose, but not cloying at all. I’m into citrus scents like Light Blue; my favorites are from the Juliette Has a Gun line, which are soft and unique, and this is exactly that. I can’t quite describe it well. The paper has been open for over a week and it still smells amazing, so the longevity is quite good. I’ll edit this later, but I think it will be my signature fragrance for many years. I’d wear it at any time because it’s nothing heavy, gourmand, or cloying. It has a powdery touch that makes you feel clean.
I had to buy it! Smells so good, it’s a sweet rose but not cloying. Reminds me of citrus notes like Light Blue, those soft and distinct ones from the Juliette Has a Gun line. I can’t quite describe it, but the paper scent is incredible after a week, so it lasts quite a while. I’ll edit later, but I think this will be my fragrance for many years. I’d wear it anytime because it’s not heavy or cloying; it has a touch of talc that makes you feel super clean.
An elegant perfume that starts with a blend of red and pale roses, freesia, and a citrusy bergamot touch that fades away. Then, the red roses give way to the pale ones accompanied by myrrh and benzoin (a resinous vanilla note), while the sandalwood and patchouli in the background evoke sensuality and intimacy. As it dries down, the red roses return with the myrrh, sandalwood, benzoin, and an almost imperceptible hint of freesia dancing in the background, as if whispering, ‘Come on, get a little closer.’ It’s quite unisex. I recommend it for mild or cold weather. If you get compliments, whether informal or formal depends on the person; I’ve worn it in casual settings and it works great, always for evening or night. It’s one of those perfumes you want to smell on your wrist all the time; in heat, it performs very well (depends on your pH). I tested it at the beach and was struck by how it took on a salty, sexy edge; at night, it’s a bit provocative. Should I recommend it blindly? I’d question it a bit due to its chameleon-like presence—it’s not a ‘Hi, I’m here!’ kind of scent, more like ‘I’m here, but you’ll have to follow me so you don’t lose me,’ with a moderate sillage. Quick references: it’s wicked for passion, dating, flirting, him, her, and everyone.
An elegant perfume at first (red roses and talcum-dusted roses with freesia and a hint of bergamot citrus) that later shifts to pink roses with myrrh and vanilla-benjuí, sandalwood, and patchouli in the base for sensuality. As it dries down, the red roses return with myrrh, sandalwood, benjuí, and an almost imperceptible freesia that invites you closer. It’s quite unisex, ideal for temperate or cold weather. I get compliments both casual and formal, but I wear it informally for late night; it’s that scent you want on your wrist all the time. It handles heat well (depends on pH), and at the beach it gains a salty, sexy touch; at night it becomes more provocative. Should I recommend it blindly? I doubt it due to its chameleon-like side: it’s not a ‘hello, I’ve arrived,’ it’s a ‘I’m here, come see me.’ Its sillage is moderate. Quick references: great for throwing some passion, dating, flirting, and everyone.
