Anyone who has smelled Aqua de Loewe Miami Beach will understand, though it’s not officially declared, my nose picked up coconut but with class, nothing like cheap sunscreen. I can definitely picture a Hollywood superstar lounging at sunset, soaking in the last minutes of sun before giving way to the nightlife glamour of a cosmopolitan city. In this sense, the name and the scent are totally coherent and successfully transport you to a moment of relaxation. Finally, it transitions into a floral-musk phase that keeps the citrus opening in check. Honestly, I don’t detect any woody notes. Conclusion: it smells great and while it leans more feminine, I find it totally unisex. The only downside is the high price, and I think you can get the same vibe in other fragrances for less.

  Except for Salvo Cactus Garden, every LV perfume I’ve tried has been a steal, and this one is no exception. It’s a citrus-musk scent that reminds me of Tom Ford’s Soleil Blanc, but as if it were diluted or more of a cologne; for me, it’s not worth the price like most of this house’s offerings—you’re just paying for the brand name.

  Starts citrusy and evolves into floral. It’s not a bad perfume, but it’s nothing new or different. It reminds me of a catalog fragrance: Natura’s Kaiak for women.

  Very weak citrus aroma, feels more like a body mist. I don’t sense any standout notes, and it fades with low intensity. It’s the first LV perfume I’ve tried, and it’s a frank disappointment.

  A cool, windy night. That’s how this perfume feels to me. It doesn’t last long, though it lingers a bit more on clothes, but still not past 5 hours. It’s not a unique or spectacular scent either. But I can say it smells good, and that’s enough.

  White floral citrus. In the opening, mandarin and blood orange add an extra kick to the citrus notes. I’m guessing it’s tiare, that white flower with a slight fruity tropical touch, very light. It dries down softly with sandalwood, which gets a bit lost. A summer vacation vibe, fresh and soapy, like a spring morning. As unisex as it is feminine, perfect for casual moments and projecting cleanliness. Very easy to wear and like, it denotes quality without breaking the mold. Great for spring and summer mornings. I’m not sure about the exact longevity, but more than a regular cologne, it has moderate projection.
