An extremely complex oud and one of the best I’ve ever tried. The price is ridiculous compared to others that inflate costs with fake or mediocre ingredients. The oud is potent, a bit dirty at the start, and high-quality, boosted by castoreum. It’s fluctuating: alcoholic notes, spices, sweet caramel, balsamic, and floral, but not all at once. The blend is insane. I see it as more masculine and it lasts a long time. No one is promoting it as it deserves. It’s similar to Pardon, but it outshines it in every way.

Super complex oud perfume, one of the best I’ve ever tried. The price is a joke compared to others that inflate costs wildly while using mediocre or fake ingredients. The oud is potent and slightly dirty at first, natural and high-quality, boosted by castoreum. It’s very fluctuating: spicy notes, alcohol, and caramel sweetness, yet also balsamic and floral. It has everything, but not all at once; it changes drastically between phases. The blend is insane, the best on the market. I see it as more masculine and it lasts forever. Try it before buying, it’s not for everyone. I don’t get why it’s so unknown; no one is hyping it as it deserves. It’s a bit like Pardon, but it outshines it in every way.

  3. Edu Lezana

Oud for Love is enigmatic and sensual, created by Bertrand Duchaufour for The Different Company, a recent niche house featuring top-tier perfumers like Christine Nagel, Emilie Copperman, Jean-Claude Ellena, and his daughter Céline. In my opinion, they create distinctive fragrances for all tastes and budgets. This one, upon first spray, seemed ideal for special occasions and evening wear: opulent, complex, sensual, and sweet. It features natural oud (not synthetic like most) and works well for both men and women. It’s warm; the sweet and spicy notes wrapped in the oud make it stand out. For oud connoisseurs, a note that’s hard to categorize by gender or style. A romantic perfume.
