I ordered the Volnay set after watching a YouTube video, and wow, what a surprise—it’s the one I like the least from the brand. It’s not a bad perfume; the quality is there with that classic, powdery touch typical of their six fragrances, but it just doesn’t work for me. It smells drier and less sweet than the others, dominated by quite bitter almond notes wrapped in very subtle floral, spicy, and balsamic undertones. In the end, I find it fresh, though if fresh means calling it crazy, haha, it’s soft and perfect for daily wear, more comparable to some floral colognes. The pineapple note is nice, but its sweet side gets overshadowed by the almond. I see it as unisex and a good daily option.
