The sour note it carries just doesn’t convince me.

One of my favorites among low/mid-range options in Argentina. It’s like opening a wooden cabinet from a grandmother’s house filled with whiskey and liquor bottles: a warm scent, perfect for daily wear in fall and winter. Moderate projection and sillage, lasting 4 to 6 hours.

Pure magic; it offers so much more than you pay for and surpasses many designer fragrances.

Not worth it for 2025. It was beast mode until they reformulated it in 2023. Now, the longevity is barely there.

The best of the national commercial perfumeries. Mature and attractive aroma, it doesn’t go unnoticed. It has an alcoholic note at the start, then mutates into something woody. As soon as you apply it, it projects a lot and has good projection for the first hour; then it stays closer, not necessarily right on the skin, where it lingers for a long time. It gets impregnated on clothes until you wash them. Great perfume; for the price, you can’t ask for more.

What a delightful perfume! Leather, tanned and elegant, very sophisticated. It brings the best of high-end to a low-cost option in Argentina, almost rivaling the best. Perfect for elegant formal situations and dates. It’s a fragrance for mature, very confident people, over 35. Simply beautiful.

Number one, if not the best Argentine perfume currently available.

An exquisite perfume. If you’re looking for an alternative to CH Men Privé at a ridiculously low price, here it is! It’s a liquor with sweet touches of tonka bean, and to my nose, hints of cinnamon, cardamom, and subtle leather in the base. Performance is more than acceptable with 4-5 hours on skin and moderate projection of almost a meter. Ideal for casual dates in winter or fall.

One of my favorite perfumes, though I don’t use it much because I live in Formosa (an extremely hot place). It mixes the sweet notes of whiskey with grapefruit and lavender in a very fine and elegant way. Ideal for cold weather or days that aren’t too cold (15 to 20 degrees). While it’s a very “personal” fragrance, don’t skimp on the sprays (I’d say 8 to 10) because, obviously, it’s not a beast in terms of longevity or projection – normal for how cheap the perfume is. I think it’s very hard not to like it. It’s sweet, pleasant, and clean. I’d say it’s a blind buy.

Rich? Yes. Cheap? Also. Longevity? Meh. If you don’t have a better option, this is the king. My daily fragrance for winter. Spray it on your clothes, carry a perfume rollerball, and you’re good to go.

The 2024 batches last about 6-7 hours on skin with good projection for the first two hours. On clothes, it lasts up to 12 hours and the trail revives with a breeze. Flawless value for money, a must-buy without a second thought. It’s the best dupe for the discontinued Carolina Herrera CH Men Privé and thanks to the cardamom, it reminds me of YSL La Nuit de l’Homme. The iris notes aren’t like those in Bentley for Men Intense or Givenchy Gentleman Reserve Privée, so don’t buy it expecting that; the Giesso ones are subtle.

What a relief that Argentine fragrances are finally hitting the market.

Opens with spiced whiskey, then sweet leather. It’s not a sticky-sweet, but warm and spicy. Good perfume. It’s a bit pricey now, but when I got it for $25, it was the best value. Great for everyday wear. For nights, it lacks punch unless you layer it, but the scent works for evening too. Any weather except summer.

What a pleasant surprise this perfume… I’ve been enjoying it so much… I recommend using it exclusively in autumn-winter as a signature scent. The aroma is very masculine; I only detect the whiskey note at the start; then it transitions into an incredible sweetness in the dry-down. With 8 sprays, you’re good. The price-quality ratio is unbeatable. Cheers to Argentina!
