Nike fragrances smell amazing and are well-crafted, but they fade in seconds. I never understand how experts claim hours of longevity; Ultra Blue is a citrus-sweet blend, perfect for daytime, with a sticky opening that dilutes within minutes. You have to reapply constantly, which is a shame because it smells rich and interesting. It’s not the most famous in the line (plain Blue rules there), but at the 8.50 euros I paid for 200ml, it’s worth it as a no-nonsense battle cologne. Nike should invest in longevity even if they raise the price; that’s their Achilles’ heel. Otherwise, the presentation and scents have improved. Ultra Blue has that simple cologne charm that no one minds wearing and doesn’t aim for niche obscurity. Perfect for a quick outing, a post-shower freshen-up, or lounging at home. A great option if you’re looking for something versatile, guilt-free to use up, and that always smells good.

One of the best shower colognes for under 10 euros (here it’s 7). Fresh, citrusy, and slightly sweet, well-masculine. It’s very similar to Aqua Profondo, but the base notes are weaker. Projection is extremely low but it lingers a lot, perfect for wearing at home when you’re tired of perfumes, to smell good after the gym, for sleeping, or in the morning. It smells clean, like new laundry, the perfect scent to sleep in with your girlfriend. If you’re thinking of buying Montblanc Starwalker blindly, don’t do it; it smells too much like lemon. Buy this instead, it’s much cheaper and better. Get one for your dad so he can smell young again, and for your friends too. A scent everyone will like. For the price, 10/10, excellent blind buy and great gift.
Yes, it’s a clone of Profondo, though with lower quality. For 3 euros for 30ml, what more do you want? Low longevity, but it’s fine for a refresh.
Like a clone of Profondo, I have Tres Nuit by Armaf, but I must say the NIKE version has nothing to envy. The Armaf one is higher quality with a sweet floral touch, while the NIKE one leans more towards salty.

A very playful and addictive opening that, after about 45 minutes, settles into a softly mentholated, salty citrus, with projection dropping from moderate to soft until it becomes skin-scent after 3 hours. It lasts a bit longer on clothes, but nothing weird. Ultra Blue reminds me of those colognes we used to get as kids with little figurines on the bottle. It’s an easy, sporty scent that doesn’t get tiring because it doesn’t give you time to get bored. And honestly, for around 3 euros for the small bottle, you can’t ask for more.

It’s the most basic scent you can imagine for men; while others try to be original, this one stays stuck in the fundamentals. But it works: you put it on and you’re ready to leave the house. It does its job, though it doesn’t last long. It smells normal and serves its purpose, but if you want something more distinctive, it’s worth spending a bit more.
