It has a rare scent, like ripe peach with a slightly boozy vibe and hints of marzipan. The coconut is present but doesn’t overpower, blending with an unknown note that cuts the sweetness and adds a creamy base. Then comes a touch of tannin, less intense than the bitter almond in Guerlain’s L’Homme Ideal. As it dries down, it leaves an ultra-soft, velvety coconut trail. I initially thought it was a women’s fragrance, but it’s totally unisex. It reminds me a bit of LOEWE’s Paula’s Ibiza due to that woody touch, though it’s not the same. It’s a very original fragrance, hard to classify, and quite different from what’s common today. Not a blind buy because it’s complex and may not appeal to everyone.
