  • And lots of ice, please! 🥤🍋🍒❄️ I’ve been wearing this indie American gem, Pineward, for a couple of months. It sold out fast, and many of us are still waiting or dying to try it, but it’s back in stock this year. Before I dive in, I’ll challenge you: how would you describe a Coke? You know it’s fizzy, sweet, dark, and cold, but what does it actually taste like? You can’t explain it, you just recognize it. 🍒 In perfumery, cherry extract is rare, so they use molecules to recreate it; cherry or grape notes are the closest you’ll get in a cola scent. Lime Cola opens sweet and cherry-forward (without that synthetic bubblegum smell), with plenty of cinnamon giving it that fizzy, powdery texture. The lemon is clear at first with a green touch, and if you look closely, there’s a bit of spicy ginger. There’s rum in the mix, though it doesn’t smell boozy. It’s linear with modest performance, unisex-leaning-male, versatile, and even suitable for night. It’s an interesting artistic offering and the best I’ve tried so far. It didn’t blow my mind, but it was exactly what I was hoping for. They say Escada’s Magnetism (for men) smells like Coke, at least that’s been repeated since Hyroyoruzuka hyped it over a decade ago on YouTube. Don’t even bother searching for the video; don’t waste your time. We saw that back in the day when YouTube was born, when there was genuine passion for fragrances, not a cheap circus chasing likes. My channel is 19 years old, and I remember Frunkinator, Streetscents, Dracdoc, Fragrancebros, CMB1125, JRWriter, Tswetcoff, Kirill, and their unboxings. What times those were! Magnetism is a nice perfume, but it only gives me a grape vibe with a powdery texture. It’s delicious, very unisex, and would have sold millions if it had debuted under a mainstream brand like Paco Rabanne. Lime Cola plays in a different league; it’s the complete package for a cola soda with excellent quality. A solid 8 🌟
