I gifted this to my wife after trying the original YSL, and she absolutely loved it. It has a strong lavender note, and on my skin, it smells almost like a blend of MYLSF EDP and Le Parfum, which are basically alternative versions of Libre (originally designed for men). That lavender heart note works great on male skin, while the orange adds a clean, sparkling vibe, and the jasmine is also present. On a woman, it feels elegant and characterful, but on a man, it’s perfect for a casual, relaxed style. Overall, it’s very similar to the original with some nuances and slightly lower quality, but it doesn’t feel cheap. Good longevity and sillage, totally unisex and versatile except on very hot days. I’d give it a 7/10.

Yes, the resemblance to YSL’s Libre is blatant; I struggle to find differences, and that’s great. It’s a playful, feminine, elegant, and coquettish scent; when worn, it captures everyone’s attention without being repulsive. It’s a masterpiece at a ridiculous price.

It has a tremendous resemblance to Libre; it’s a dupe from every angle (even the name, which is now Leonie). Well-executed imitation-wise, the difference lies in the dry-down where vanilla takes over and the other notes fade significantly (which doesn’t happen with Libre), and in longevity, which is definitely a strength of Libre. But given how similar they are and the fact that it costs a tenth of the original, I think it’s worth it. Both are versatile and elegant; I don’t like saying unisex because it categorizes them, and I believe this perfume aims not to be categorized but for people to feel free to enjoy and use it based on taste, not gender. That’s how I understand the concept behind its name, even though it’s declared as feminine.
It’s a clone of Libre, the name ‘Leonie’ practically gives it away. The resemblance is brutal, although as it dries down, the vanilla takes over and the other notes fade a bit more than in the original. Longevity is good, and since it costs a fraction of the price, it’s worth every penny. Both are elegant and versatile; I don’t see them as gendered but rather as an invitation to use them without labels, freely.
