I’m obsessed with that floral opening, but it has beastly projection and after two hours, the whole room smells like it. The dry down is curious: it settles into a smoky trail, and if you get hooked, you can’t stop smelling it. To me, it feels more masculine than feminine, even though it starts with flowers, because the base is wild and animalic. Since I already own Sasva’s Junoon, which is even more intense and carries oud without so much smoke, I liked trying this, but I think I’ll stick with Junoon. It’s versatile, not for hot weather, but perfect for tomorrow; it’s top-tier for evening when it develops into that smoky vibe. Don’t buy it blindly, test it first—it’s special.
