Using the same formula as this Infinite, South America sells an Axe version called ‘Grapefruit and Cardamom’. I wonder if the scent is identical and if each market sells it with different notes… that would be incredible. The Epic Fresh has a sweet and VERY realistic fruit note, which surprises me; it could be grapefruit or pineapple. Then the freshness fades, leaving cardamomo with a touch of sweetness. All of this gives me a distant echo of the One Million line. So, I don’t really smell much ‘freshness’ in it, honestly. I think the name is poorly chosen and causes confusion. For ‘fresh’, go with Apollo or even Black, rather than this one.
In Ecuador they call it Epic Fresh. I tried it and I like it because this AXE actually smells like grapefruit and cardamomo, more similar to Avon’s Exclusive. But this Epic Fresh is better.
Got it a couple of days ago. I don’t think it resembles Aventus Absolu much, let alone Bentley For Men Intense. The one it’s actually a dead ringer for is Lacoste Blanc. Excellent substitute if you don’t have the money. I recommend buying this Axe Epic Fresh over clones like those from Waldo’s, Mirage, EBC, etc., or dupe versions like Fraiche or European perfumes. It’s almost identical to Lacoste, performs the same, and the ingredient quality and composition are comparable.
Whoa, I found it at the Chinese supermarket in the neighborhood… seriously, does it really smell like that AVENTUS by CREED???
