  Honestly, INEKAS LUNA caught me off guard. As soon as you apply it, you’re greeted with a burst of bergamot and orange that refreshes and lightens the mood, but quickly the star enters: the iris. It’s powdery, very Dior Homme Intense style, but the chestnut adds a creamy touch and the jasmine flower brightens it up so it’s not too heavy. As it dries, the leather and amber emerge; watch out, it’s not animalic or heavy, but polished and wearable; the amber rounds it out and adds warmth. It reminds me a lot of Gentleman, but lighter and less alcoholic. Performance is good: it lasts me 6-7 hours, moderate projection for the first hour, then it stays close to the skin. It doesn’t fill the room, but it’s noticeable when you get close. The DNA is a mix between Dior Homme Intense and Gentleman with that fresh citrus twist. Elegant, versatile, easy to wear, and worth it for the price.

It’s warm, effortlessly sophisticated, perfect for cold weather or a date. Opening: a soft whisper of citrus that lasts only a breath, just a greeting before diving into the serious stuff. Heart: the magic is in the iris, smelling of fine powder and talc, very luxurious, mixed with chestnut for a warm, creamy, nutty sweetness that’s cozy and addictive. Base: while the original has obvious whisky, this one features amber, woods, and a subtle leather to give body without smelling like a motorcycle jacket. In short: it smells like creamy, elegant chestnut thanks to the iris. It’s perfect if you love that DNA but prefer the whisky to stay in the background while the elegance of the chestnut and iris take center stage.

  Honestly, it smells great, perfect for elegant moments. I’ve never tried Givenchy, but I have used Dior Homme, and it has that DNA with a twist that has nothing to envy.

  Reserve Privée and Dior Homme are much denser; this is something fresh, ideal for summer and spring. It’s very close to Givenchy EDT Intense, with an herbal and citrus opening but keeping that Givenchy iris DNA that is so good.
