GLAM PRINCES by Vera Wang is cheerful and fun! It belongs to the fruity-floral gourmand family. Delicious fresh fruit! Sweet pear stands out from the first spray. It’s quite fruity, but after a while I notice the orchid and cashmere wood, along with red currant like a delicious cocktail; the guava adds an exotic touch as it dries down. African orange blossom, vanilla orchid, and honey shine through. The dry down is rich with ambrette musk, marshmallow, cashmere wood, and cedar. I love it for morning and afternoon, perfect for welcoming spring/summer. After an hour, the fruity scent remains but with a spicy twist, smelling richer and deeper. Moderate sillage, about 5 hours on my skin. I don’t mind carrying the small atomizer in my bag to reapply and have received many compliments. It makes me feel delicate, feminine, and super fresh. Launched in 2009, created by Ilias Ermenidis and Harry Fremont. I’m glad to have it in my collection; I love the little crown and ring I use as jewelry.
Smells divine. Reminds me of Juicy Couture Hollywood but without that strong floral note; it’s warm. The marshmallow and honey give that edible sweetness without losing the fruity vibe, although I don’t sense much guava. Good sillage and longevity, and the bottle is super pretty with its crown rings on the cap.
I was looking for the purple version of Princess but couldn’t find it at a good price, so I grabbed this instead. It’s quite sweet with lots of fruit, though I don’t really detect the guava. Lasts about half a day with moderate sillage; perfect for everyday wear or work—it lasted all morning in a school setting. Ideal for cloudy days and mild weather. It doesn’t feel generic despite being youthful; it has personality and is gorgeous. The bottle is a work of art, cute and tender.
I love it and it kills me at the same time. There’s an ingredient I don’t know what it is, but it tickles my nose and prevents me from keeping it on for long.
