After buying Zimaya Wujood (a clone of RM5), I thought Ghyoom would be equally good. And it is. I don’t like aquatic scents and would never buy Acqua di Gio, but this Arab fragrance has captivated me. It’s a metallic aquatic citrus that doesn’t leave you indifferent. Excellent performance and an absurdly low price. I don’t know Megamare, but with this dupe, I see no need. I also own Turhati Blue, which is more refined and costs double (over 40,000 CLP). Both are highly recommended.
Opens like K, dries into Megamare. 9 hours without any issues.
Surprised me: fresh, soapy, and juicy. Very round and balanced, nothing stands out over the rest. I see something creamy about it, so not for extreme heat, but on a cool summer night, it’ll be a compliment magnet. I recognize the D&G K DNA. Initial longevity was weak (I didn’t spray it on my neck due to olfactory fatigue), but a week later, after multiple applications, it improved significantly. Perfect for spring-summer at 100%. They say it dries like Megamare, though I haven’t smelled that one; this one smells linear and without weird notes. Great price and I really like it.
Lots of K, lots of lavender, and not much else. Not my best purchase, but given the price, it’s not a big deal. It’s not a bad perfume, but test it before buying.
The opening is a bit generic, but once it dries, it becomes incredible: juniper and lavender at first, then orange and woods with an amazing dry-down. Unbeatable quality for the price, I’m blown away by Zimaya. The bottle and scent denote good quality; this Arab house has truly caught my attention.
Not for everyone, but I absolutely love it: opens super fresh with blood orange and berries, then after 5-10 minutes lavender and saffron kick in, closing with that chic, resinous base of moss, sandalwood, and vetiver that reminds me of the classic Invictus. Lasts 6-8 hours on skin and over 24 on clothes; I’ve had it since May 2025, so it’s well-macerated, and in November’s chill (18-24°C) it smells exquisite. Don’t buy blind: go to the store, smell D&G K EDP and Light Blue Intense separately, and you’ll find them all blended here. Maybe it won’t drop below 9 degrees, but I’ll keep testing.
