I bought it recently; it smells aquatic and soft, not quite what I expected, but I’m giving it a chance. It doesn’t last long on the skin, but it does on clothes, and it’s very wearable… we’ll see if it wins me over.
I bought it months ago because I wanted something aquatic with coconut but without that typical sunscreen sweetness. I already owned two Ungaros and liked them, but this opens with water and a refreshing touch of salt boosted by grapefruit. Minutes later, a delicate coconut emerges, like fresh coconut water, pairing perfectly with the salt and citrus. As it settles, flowers appear, neroli, and a timid tiaré that gradually sweetens. Sandalwood is barely noticeable when dried, but you do get a sober vanilla and a very soft patchouli that helps sweeten everything. It leaves a fresh and sweet cocktail without being overwhelming, like those light summer coconut drinks, citrusy with a salty touch, all smoothed out by vanilla and patchouli. It lasts 6 hours with medium to high sillage if you apply it on clothes. It gets many compliments, makes you feel beautiful, fresh, and in a good mood; ideal for spring and summer. I love it.
I bought it a few months ago because I was intrigued by that aquatic-coconut mix; I wanted coconut but not the typical cloying or sunscreen kind. It opens with aquatic notes, a touch of salt refreshed by grapefruit, and a few minutes later, a delicate coconut emerges—not sweet, like fresh coconut water that pairs perfectly with the salt and grapefruit. As it settles, flowers appear, neroli, and a timid tiaré that gradually sweetens. Sandalwood is barely noticeable when dried, but you do feel a sober vanilla, not too sweet, accompanied by a very soft patchouli that helps sweeten it all. It leaves a fresh and sweet cocktail without being overwhelming, like a very light coconut water. If you ask me what it smells like, I’d say a summer cocktail with sweet coconut without the heaviness, fresh, citrusy, with a hint of salt in the air, all sweetened by vanilla and a shy patchouli. It lasts 6 hours with moderate to high sillage if applied on clothes. It gets great compliments, it’s energizing, makes you feel beautiful, fresh, in a good mood, and perfect for spring and summer. I absolutely love it.
At first, for the first 10 minutes, I only noticed something generic and floral, unsure what else was there. Checking the notes, I saw it has coconut, but it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to emerge, and then it really shines. By the way, a few weeks ago I tried Ariana Grande’s Cloud, which also has coconut but is much sweeter. Here, in FdA Turquoise, the coconut is more citrusy and, frankly, less appealing to me. The performance isn’t standout; it stays close to the skin for the first hour. Although it doesn’t bother anyone and lacks presence, it’s ideal for days over 20 degrees, for the office, or family gatherings. I recommend it for women over 30. Also, the box and bottle are very pretty and it’s affordable.
I’m a victim of the designer perfume curse: every time I spot a scent, they pull it from the market. This EDT wasn’t an exception. I hunted it down because I wanted something similar to Lolita Lempicka Coral, which has been discontinued for over two years. Once I tried it, I fell in love immediately; it smells almost identical and costs much less. Although the longevity is poor, I bought it five times until one day it disappeared. What a pity—it’s an aquatic aroma with fresh coconut, not sunscreen-like, but like coconut water on a paradise beach surrounded by white flowers. If anyone in Chile knows where to get it, please let me know.

This EDT wasn’t an exception; I hunted it down because I wanted something similar to Lolita Lempicka Coral, which hasn’t been sold for over two years. Once I tried it, I was obsessed: it smells almost identical and costs much less, though the longevity is terrible. I didn’t care and reordered it about five times until one day it vanished. What a pity—it’s a unique aquatic aroma with fresh coconut, not sunscreen-like, but like pure coconut water on a paradise beach surrounded by white flowers.
