One of the four colognes from the Men’s Signature Collection I tried today at the Bath & Body Works boutique on Margarita Island. Note: this is a pure cologne, not a casual fragrance; this collection reminds me of Avon’s due to that same concentration. Ideal for home use or super casual outings near home. With this, the nearly two-hour longevity is expected. The skin projection is quite consistent, even after a cold shower. Definitely the freshest of the four I tried (Noir, Graphite, Cypress, and this one). Again, it reminded me of an Avon fragrance I can’t quite recall, but the comparison isn’t bad—it’s a pleasant aroma, quite oxygenated with a citrus touch.
A soft fragrance with aquatic notes, very masculine, projecting for just about an hour and lasting on skin for 5-6 hours. It can be complemented with a body wash and body lotion. Quite pleasant, and if you overapply 6-7 sprays, you can achieve a bit more projection. It costs approximately $30-35 USD for 100 ml, though you can find it at a better price during department store sales.

I liked the fragrance; on my skin it lasts 4 hours and projects very little. It smells delicious and is very suitable for increasingly hot climates and women’s summer perfumes. On my skin, they don’t last or project much.
I loved it; it smells delicious on my skin, but it lasts barely 4 hours and has very little projection. Ideal for this upcoming heat and for women’s summer perfumes, though on my skin, scents from this season tend to last and project less.
I got the gel and lotion for their freshness—they’re ideal for summer—and when I saw the perfume on sale, I bought it blindly trusting the brand. But the cologne disappoints: while it lasts the normal amount for its price, the opening alcohol smells cheap and mutes the notes, something that doesn’t happen with the bath line. Once it settles, it improves, but I wouldn’t buy it again; for $30, there are options that deliver more.
Freshwater by Bath & Body Works is definitely my favorite scent from the brand. Paired with the body lotion, it leaves an aquatic, citrusy, and mossy freshness that’s out of this world. Maybe it’s subjective because it holds special emotional value for me, but its appeal is undeniable. If you’re looking for something that evokes that ‘clean and fresh’ feeling, Freshwater should be on your list. While its longevity isn’t the best, I feel the scent is truly worth it. It’s light and refreshing, perfect for everyday wear or any time you want to feel renewed.
