For me, personally, due to its similar scent and performance, I think it’s excellent, as it’s a very good perfume. I like it a lot, and here in the Dominican Republic, it’s a compliment bomb.
I like it a lot. Very non-chemical smell, much better than designer perfumes. Good longevity. You can smell the lavender at first, herbal notes, and it evolves into a bitter almond leaving behind creamier notes. Projection for the first two hours. Recommended.
As said in a review: you either hate it or love it. I’m on the ‘I hated it’ team. I put it on and there was no way, it didn’t evolve for the better at any point, and on top of that, the anguish of washing yourself and it not coming off. Terrible, I got rid of it very quickly. The only good thing about it was the marketing comparing it to Tom Ford’s, which by the way smells equally bad, haha. What does it smell like? Well, when I was a kid I was hospitalized, and the cleaning product they used to clean the room came to my mind as soon as I smelled this. It’s cheaper to just take a bath with something like Lavender Don Limpio, then go and say it’s this perfume. But anyway, to each their own…
I really liked it, but I have to admit it’s not for everyone. Mainly it smells like bitter almond with a slightly metallic touch that gives it class; personally, I like that it’s rare, it catches my attention, and I use it a lot. It’s totally unisex even though it’s not sweet. Lasts about 6 hours and projects for about 3. It changes a lot depending on pH, recommend trying it first.
For expert noses, you can decipher the notes; for the rest, imagine a body milk of bitter almond and vanilla, that’s the point.
Rich aroma: almond, vanilla… I don’t know how the original is since I don’t have it, but this one is amazing. Elegant, lasts about 5 hours, projection for an hour.
Although its price is prohibitive and I’m not a niche expert, I love Tom Ford fragrances, and thanks to decants, I sometimes allow myself to buy them. Why mention Tom Ford? Because their fragrances exude masculinity and opulence, they smell like expensive perfume. Referring to MA Fabbro Intense, both smell very similar. FI has a very marked synthetic leather opening; after a few minutes, it seems like amber and almond, but not creamy like in Guerlain’s L’Homme Idéal, rather a bitter, smoky almond, perhaps with a tonka note that sweetens the bitterness. I don’t perceive the lavender; the leather eats it up, which is very prominent and of good quality. In summary, it’s a good clone of Tom Ford’s Fabbro Intense. What amazes and worries me is how much these niche houses marginalize scents that should cost a tenth of the real price. For those who aren’t understood, they’ll love it, as long as they like ‘grown-up’ aromas; it’s not a youthful, sweet, or sticky perfume, nothing fresh or party-ready. It’s elegant, smells expensive, perfect for formal or semi-formal wear, with very good performance and projection. Use it in moderation, because if you overapply, you can invade small spaces and instead of compliments, people will ask you to leave. Never overapply; you might get used to it, but believe me, its sillage and potency last hours. On clothes, several days. Good buy at a ridiculous price.
Simply love it. Scent: 10/10. Longevity: 6/10, lasts about 5-6 hours on skin. Sillage and projection: 7/10; I feel it doesn’t project much, but it’s so nice to wear and feel it myself that it doesn’t matter if others smell it. An excellent perfume with an incredible quality-to-price ratio.
It’s a compliment bomb… as long as it lasts. Watch out, it’s another one that doesn’t stay with me past two hours. The only way to keep smelling it is to spray my clothes, which I don’t really like, but it’s the only thing that works.
Picked it up recently and it suits me perfectly; smells spicy, fresh, and clean. A video mentioned it reminds a bit of playdough, and if that note is noticeable, it’s not by accident—it adds a curious touch. Lasts about 5-6 hours on skin, though it extends if you apply more. I think it’s excellent for day or night, ideal for fall, winter, and spring, but not for hot days.
Since I received it, it’s a very particular scent. Definitely, you won’t smell like everyone else. I sense some synthetic elements, but for the price, I can’t ask for more. It’s almost identical to Tom Ford’s F Fabulous (considering the quality shift).
I give it 9/10, even though this site uses a 5-star scale. I really liked it; it feels both casual and formal, masculine with style. With good clothes, it will give you more presence. I’m going to test the longevity and projection.
Nocturnal, sexy, and bold. I also own Lovely Cherrie and Tobacco Touch, but this is my wife’s favorite. It smells like aftershave, making her look and smell masculine. As it dries, it reminds me of playdough, taking me back to childhood, and finally to leather with a hint of rubber (sounds weird, but that’s what I sense). I like it; it’s a strange yet pleasant aroma. The more you use it, the more you like it, and if worn with artistry, it’s a great piece.
Synthetic but not bad; Maison Alhambra always brings class. It’s elegant and masculine; wherever you go, you’ll be noticed.
Powdery almond floral, good price, and nice packaging. Sillage and longevity are moderate—not very faithful to its inspiration, but the dry-down is rich. It could last longer, but it’s okay; its siblings perform better.
I don’t understand why so many votes say it’s masculine… It’s not; it’s unisex. Maybe other men smelled it and influenced the perception. It’s woody with a powdery floral note, perfect for a woman if you’re not looking for profiles like La Belle or Good Girl. This Alhambra is pure wood. I met it a few days ago, hesitating over the price in Argentina after trying Tom Ford’s Fucking Fabulous and thinking it wasn’t worth the hype. But Fabulous Intense left me speechless! I loved it from the start to the dry-down. I didn’t wear it much because I lent out the decant, but it lasted well, average longevity. I perceive it as a soft, almost velvety woody scent, with a slight medicinal touch at first that fades. It’s clean, suitable for someone informal but put-together, great for meetings, though not super formal. It didn’t feel synthetic to me. By the way, the Lady Million line from PR also sounds synthetic sometimes. When I can, I’ll add it to the collection!
Just added it to my collection. Delicious aroma, fresh, and long-lasting. I recommend it for cool afternoons. It’s wonderful—the freshness is total, and the scent is soft yet powerful.
Excellent and very masculine perfume; nothing unisex about it. That’s what women’s perfumes are for, period.
At first, it didn’t grab me, but after testing the original at Sephora and comparing, they’re 95% identical. I gave it another chance and slowly started to like it. I’m now wearing a decant with 6 hours of longevity, average projection, and a 9/10 scent rating.
Powdery and characterful; the lavender-almond blend gives it the perfect touch. Two sprays are enough—anything more overwhelms. I bought it in summer, but I think it’s better suited for fall and winter.
These perfumes are unisex. I’m a woman, I wear this perfume, and I’ve never felt I lose my femininity by using it. It’s ridiculous to me that men say this perfume is only for catching compliments from other men; with this, people have told me I smell great. Any woman who loves perfumes in general and hasn’t tried this yet should definitely give it a chance. DELICIOUS.
Nice scent, but I’m glad I bought the 30 ml version because it doesn’t suit me too much. I don’t know if it resembles the Tom Ford one, but in this, lavender, lily root, and almond take the lead. It might remind you of some cleaning product; in short, my first impression is of an aseptic scent that doesn’t evolve much and has very contained longevity and projection. Totally unisex. I’ll leave it to see if oxidation improves anything.
Fabulo Intense by Maison Alhambra: if it’s a clone, it’s a very well-executed one of Tom Ford’s Fucking Fabulous. And although I’m not a fan of clones, I must acknowledge that Maison Alhambra has done a great job here. The notes are more refined and pure in the Tom Ford, but this one certainly doesn’t disappoint; it’s a faithful approximation at 95%. It’s a fragrance that, had I found it before the original, I wouldn’t have bought the Tom Ford version. Truly, it’s a magnificent option to enjoy the scent without spending so much. As for performance, it’s also very good. And regarding the scent, if you don’t know the Fucking Fabulous, it’s a clean, different, and very pleasant fragrance; the lavender is total and mixes wonderfully with the warmth of vanilla and amber. Honestly, I don’t detect the almond. Versatile fragrance, for day and night, any season, and perfectly unisex. It leaves a good impression on both women and men. I like it, and I can use it without feeling guilty about using the Tom Ford. Scent: 10. Projection: Good. Longevity: 7 hours. Recommended.
Wonderful fragrance. My husband bought it as an alternative to Tom Ford, and it was a hit; I even dare to say a woman can wear it too. Its longevity and projection are enormous. Totally recommended.
Beautiful fragrance. I tried the original. In the opening, the almond note is much stronger in the original, though in the dry-down they are very similar. In short, it’s a fragrance that, given the price it offers—in my case, I got it in Argentina, and I swear I’m not exaggerating—the original sells for 1.7 million pesos ($1,000), while the Maison Alhambra version I paid $40. So, in that aspect, it’s a marvel. I recommend it.
I don’t know Tom Ford’s Fucking Fabulous, so I won’t refer to the obvious comparison. In particular, this Maison Alhambra fragrance has become one of my favorites; in my judgment, it’s bottled masculinity—an elegant, unique, exquisite aroma. Clearly, from the dry-down, the bitter almond note predominates along with some talc-like nuance, and the leather is present to unify everything. Personally, the opening is a bit sharp and can be irritating, but you have to give it a chance to evolve and show what it is—a true marvel. As for longevity, it stays on the skin for 8 hours; projection is moderate. It’s not a fragrance made to please everyone; it’s a risky olfactory experience that shouldn’t be bought blindly. My advice: if you don’t like the opening, relax, there’s still a lot to evolve. With oxidation, it becomes increasingly powerful.
Perfumes to avoid buying blindly: it’s quite synthetic, but definitely has a playdough scent at the start. When it evolves, it becomes more striking, with leather dominating and hints of women’s makeup by the end of the day. I ended up smelling a very cheesy odor that I couldn’t associate with anything; it wasn’t much to my liking, but I’ll give it another chance to see if my opinion changes.
Beautiful fragrance. I opened it, applied it, and loved the scent—even though most Arab scents need to be oxygenated first. It’s a clean, masculine smell; I felt like I was wearing Bleu with a soft leather note. The Amber & Leather is a heavy leather, but I didn’t sense that. As a unisex, it needs time to oxidize, but it feels too woody for a woman. I also didn’t detect the vanilla; it takes more hours. However, the smell right after the first spray seemed incredible, even reminding me of a note from Club de Nuit Iconic.
Didn’t buy it myself; came free with a decant set. What a surprise, since I never would have sought it out on my own—I’m not one to buy perfumes that call themselves fabulous. I was blown away by Maison Alhambra’s profile. Yes, it smells synthetic and cheap, but it lasts forever and projects more than others in its price range. The scent isn’t for me; it’s basically lavender-vanilla from start to finish. Lavanda doesn’t suit me; it reminds me of second-rate cleaning sprays from Latin American households, and this does too. One comment said it smells like playdough, and they’re right; it has its charm, but it smells like a kid’s disappointment when mixing plastic colors and ending up brown-violet. If you like lavender and can handle the synthetic vibe, it’s a fantastic unisex scent—the kind I wouldn’t mind smelling on someone else before they go out. I don’t know what Tom Ford it’s imitating; I’ve read good things about its dupes, so I’ll try more. Even though I don’t like it, I give it 5/10 because I can’t go lower on price.
Fabulo Intense by Maison Alhambra is a very well-made clone of Tom Ford’s Fucking Fabulous, with about 90% similarity. It features leather, almond, and lavender notes. For Tom Ford fans, it’s a much more affordable option; the price is substantially lower. It’s a profile I totally dislike, but I invite you to try it and draw your own conclusions.
I haven’t even tried the FF by Tom Ford; I bought this perfume based on TikTok reviews. Honestly, it wasn’t a blind buy for me; in my case, it was because there were no testers or Arabic fragrances in my city at the time. I must confess it’s not my total favorite; I sense a quite bitter and somewhat synthetic note, likely from the almond and that leather blend which isn’t animalic—I would have given it away. However, after months of letting it sit, I finally wore it to a funeral, and to my surprise, it improved significantly: it no longer feels so synthetic or heavy, though it keeps that bitter note. It’s one of those fragrances where you don’t know when to use them. It’s a scent you either love or hate, not for everyone, but I’ll take a reviewer’s advice: to train your nose and dive into the niche world, give this type of fragrance a chance.
I tried the Tom Ford version, and this one is too similar, but here the almond note is more present; I actually find this Maison Alhambra version more pleasant.
Fabulous Intense by Maison Alhambra is a creamy and captivating fragrance worth the hype. With floral, almond, woody, and leather accords, it evokes a walk through a lavender field amidst an explosion of almonds. The dominant notes are lavender, almond, vanilla, amber, and iris root, combining to create a superb and sophisticated aroma. More formal than casual, it’s ideal for special occasions or for those seeking a statement scent. With about 7 hours of longevity on skin, the trail is heavy at the start, then moderate, and finally personal. This makes it suitable for cool and temperate climates. While it has its personality, its similarity to Tom Ford’s Fucking Fabulous in the dry-down is notable, reaching an 85% match. However, the opening is more floral and distinctive, setting it apart from its inspiration. Overall, it’s an excellent option for those seeking high quality at an accessible price.
As a dupe for Tom Ford, it works well for the price, and as a standalone perfume too. It’s a particular blend of leather and almond that doesn’t leave you or those around you indifferent. One of the few exceptions where Lattafa does something right. I’d say it’s unisex, leaning masculine, with good longevity and excellent projection in the first few hours. At the very least, it’s unique, not just another clone of Le Male Elixir or Invictus Acqua.
Great value for money, good aroma, really nothing to complain about. It doesn’t stand out or clash; it’s an intimate and rich perfume that fulfills its function, easy to like and buy. It’s affordable, you just have to find the right price.
Rich perfume; I’m not sure if it resembles Tom Ford. You can feel the almond with a base of leather and woods. Whether it smells synthetic or not, I think for the price, there’s not much to ask; I’ve smelled designer perfumes much more expensive that also feel this way at the start. If you’ve been collecting scents for a while, it would be a good blind buy. But if you’re going by trends, better to test it first to avoid disappointment.
I took a risk and bought it because I smelled the original Tom Ford and found it interesting. When I wore it at the two-hour mark, I felt nauseous. I don’t know what’s in it, but I just don’t like it; probably the leather. I still can’t get used to that scent, and I notice it a lot. Notes like almond or vanilla, which I should enjoy, aren’t even present. I’ll give it another shot later, but I think this perfume isn’t for me.
Straight to the point. My sister, mom, and dad gave me compliments; my wife gifted it to me looking for a leather scent she liked. It didn’t convince me at first, but over time, I like it more. It starts synthetic, but that changes and neutralizes. If it resembles Tom Ford, for sure: in the air, they are indistinguishable; it would take an expert or a liar to spot the difference. The ingredient quality is noticeable when tested side-by-side, but regarding value, this is one of the best from Maison Alhambra. Great performance; I wore it to work and it lasted about 7 or 8 hours on skin.
Clarification: I haven’t smelled the Fabulous by Tom Ford, so this isn’t a direct comparison. It opens with a tanned leather note that you either love or hate. After a minute, it turns synthetic and unpleasant; I’m not bothered by the roughness, but the perfume would be better without that part. It also smells like wet grass and small flowers (chrysanthemums). At 15 minutes, it settles and smells like meat (dirty musk or something akin to ambroxan?), with a hint of citrus. By half an hour, vanilla notes emerge, the leather recedes, and the flowers sound more natural while the synthetic edge fades. At two hours, the performance remains the same, without standout potency; the scent is identical, perhaps slightly more musky. The wood and iris notes form a chord. Verdict: very masculine, synthetic, and linear. Lasts eight hours with soft projection for the first hour and a half, then sits close to the skin. Great value for money.
Friends, I own both, and here’s the deal: they are not even close. TM is quality, longevity, and pure enjoyment. I bought the Maison Alhambra version just to see how close it was, but it doesn’t even hit 15% of the mark. The other one smells basic; if you want to smell different, go for it, but don’t claim you’re wearing TM.
