Descripción

Ed Hardy Love & Luck by Christian Audigier is a floral fruity gourmand fragrance for women. Launched in 2008, this olfactory composition was created by Adriana Medina-Baez. Upon release, the fragrance unfolds the freshness of blood orange, bergamot, and vodka; the heart reveals a harmony of nectarine, pink pepper, plum, black currant, and jasmine; while the base settles on musk, cedar, sandalwood, and patchouli.

  • I feel bad admitting it, but I like it. I smelled it without knowing and loved it, but finding out it was Ed Hardy really brought me down (respect to the fans). At first, I swear it smelled like melon. The cherry blossom is lovely and a bit powdery. The pink pepper is soft, and the nectarina adds a pleasant acidity at the end. The musk is creamy. If you tried it blind, you wouldn’t believe it’s by Ed Hardy. It’s not innovative, but it’s tender and comforting. I don’t detect jasmine, patchouli, or blood orange. The projection and longevity are excellent.

  • On my skin, Love & Luck is super sweet; blackcurrant and plum dominate, and the orange isn’t fresh like Gabi says, but rather sweet (I know I’m repeating myself, but I don’t have another word, haha). At first, it smelled weird, but now I think it’s the vodka giving it an interesting touch, just like the pink pepper. It stays away from the typical floral-fruit vibe of Ed Hardy. It’s okay, but it gets overwhelming in the heat; better worn in the cold.

  • A while ago, I dared to buy it based on Gabriela’s reviews, and it was a pleasant surprise. I agree that it’s comforting, feminine, and slightly sweet. The sandalwood and musk are noticeable subtly, resulting in a delicate and beautiful perfume. I didn’t distinguish orange or patchouli, but it has had excellent longevity on my skin.

  • Bought this based on Gabriela’s reviews and it was a pleasant surprise. I agree it’s comforting, feminine, and slightly sweet. You can subtly detect sandalwood and musk; it’s delicate and lovely. I didn’t pick up any orange or patchouli, but the longevity has been excellent.

I already owned Ed Hardy perfumes and thought they felt plastic-y and overly sweet. On a sale, I decided to try a different one… what a surprise! It’s totally different, super fresh, slightly sweet, and softly citrusy. I loved it so much I bought the two remaining 100ml bottles 🙂

I already knew Ed Hardy perfumes and thought they were very plastic and excessively sweet. On a sale, I decided to try one more… surprise, it was so different from the others by the brand. Super fresh, slightly sweet, and softly citrusy. I liked it so much that I took both 100 ml bottles that were left.

Honestly, I bought it on sale but it didn’t quite click for me. At first, I sensed something citrusy, but later on my skin, that weird scent Annabel mentioned took over, which eventually gave me a bit of a headache. I didn’t detect any sweetness or florals, but I did smell the musk. I’d recommend it for fall or winter if you’re not used to intense scents.

I bought it because it was on sale, but it didn’t fully grow on me. At first, I felt something citrusy, like lemonade, but then on my skin, that strange smell mentioned by another user came out, and eventually, it gave me a bit of nausea. I didn’t feel the sweetness or the florals, but I did notice the musk. If you’re not used to intense scents, wear it in autumn or winter.

  • Honestly, I don’t like the Ed Hardy brand, but when I got close to this bottle, it caught my eye. I smelled it and loved it, even though it’s a strange scent, nothing like what I usually wear which is sweet. This aroma is very unique; there’s nothing like it. It’s soft, smells like lemon with a sweet touch, and I love it.

  • I love this perfume because I tend to fall for exotic scents. To me, it has a slight coconut smell, even though it’s not listed in the notes. It seems fresh, citrusy, and innovative; I like using citrus in summer for the freshness, so I save this Ed Hardy for that season.

  • I went looking for Aqua di Gio to give as a gift, but since they didn’t have it, they offered me this Ed Hardy Love & Luck at the same price. When I got home, curiosity got the better of me and I sprayed it. At first, it smelled like floor cleaner; I felt bad and put it away. But one day I tried it again and it was something else entirely: like bathing in lemonade mixed with jasmine. It’s sweet and fresh; I only notice bergamot, lemon, jasmine, and a bit of mint. It’s delicious, so I kept it and use it in the heat here in my city, which is basically a pressure cooker. Even though it’s sweet, it’s not cloying.

  • I went looking for Aqua di Gio to gift, but they didn’t have it, so I searched for something citrusy. They offered Love & Luck at the same price. When I got home, I took a shortcut and sprayed it on; it smelled like floor cleaner (Maestro Limpio) and I felt bad gifting it, so I kept it. Later, I tried it properly and it was different: like bathing in lemonade mixed with jasmine. It’s sweet and fresh. I only detect bergamot, lemon, jasmine, and a hint of mint. It’s delicious, I kept it, and I love it in the heat. Though sweet, it’s not cloying.

  • It’s fresh but with a sensual touch from the alcohol. Call me crazy, but it reminds me of Moschino’s Gold Fresh Couture: it has something strange that makes you stand out and feel unique.

  • I smell bergamot, vodka, and jasmine; the dry down seems to be sandalwood and patchouli. It was a gift from my boyfriend, and honestly, he missed the mark. I can wear it if I’m in a good mood, otherwise I can’t stand it for long. It feels more like a spring or autumn scent to me—fresh but not citrusy. It will last me years since I rarely use it, but when I’m done, I won’t repurchase.

  • I detect bergamot, vodka, and jasmine; I assume the base is sandalwood and patchouli. It was a gift from my husband and I think he missed the mark. I can wear it, but I need a certain sense of humor to pull it off; otherwise, I can’t handle it. I consider it more spring or fall, it has freshness but isn’t citrusy for me. It’ll last me years since I barely use it, but when I run out, I won’t repurchase.

  • What a delight: fresh, fruity, feminine, and with a sensual touch. It’s subtle, perfect for spring and summer, with that sophisticated musk detail. Notes of ripe plums, cranberries, bergamot, and a sweet peach-vodka base. I adore it; I’ve had it for years and it’s still perfect for special occasions. The bottle is incredible!

  • The scent isn’t spectacular at all, not even compared to others from the brand. Once it dries, it leaves a residue that doesn’t sit well with me. It’s soft, lacking florals and without excessive sweetness, with a very faint citrus touch. If you’re going to buy it, test it first.
