Hi! I think I’m the first to review this perfume. I’ll try to be as clear as possible. I own many perfumes from different families, but I was looking for something with personality, something that felt like mine and wasn’t worn by everyone else—something noticeable but not overpowering. I wanted it to smell fresh and clean, not tiring, suitable for hot days, elegant, but not like an older person. When I walked into the perfumery, the sales associate showed me this, a new arrival. At first, I said no because Idôle EDP was already popular with many people, but she insisted. I tried it, and at first sniff, I liked it but wasn’t blown away; I think it was the rose, which hit me too fast. It felt like more of the same. But I decided to keep browsing, go shopping, and run errands; little by little, the scent reached me. I kept smelling it and slowly fell in love. It settled beautifully on my skin. When I returned to the perfumery, the girl smelled it on my wrist and told me it was definitely for me. This is where observing a perfume’s evolution really matters. It was exactly what I was looking for! Now I can’t stop wearing it; it’s very me. It’s a perfume for 20-year-old girls who are coquettish and refined, wanting to smell clean—much fresher and sparklier than the EDP but with the same sillage and almost the same longevity. The green tea and bergamot give it freshness and that sparkly touch (I’d dare say something aquatic). Then the pink flowers add elegance and delicacy; the dry down is sweeter, which helps it settle well. I imagine a young, well-cared-for girl, simple but naturally classy, wearing this. It’s the daytime scent I’d imagine for actresses like Leighton Meester or Andrea Duro. I bought the 25ml bottle and don’t rule out getting the 100ml. People have already praised it, which is incredible. My favorite of all the Idôles and the one of the moment.

  • Instant love. A clean, fresh, and youthful perfume. The rose note is prominent, but the bergamot and green tea balance it out perfectly. Ideal for spring/summer.

  • Fresh, clean, and citrusy. It’s a relief that Lancôme didn’t make this Idôle just another flanker, because it gave it its own personality. Also, thank goodness Lancôme’s roses don’t overwhelm the scent anymore—it’s gotten boring otherwise—and that they didn’t bring us another overly sweet perfume until it became sickening. Yes, it keeps the Idôle DNA, but very far away, where bergamot and green tea take the spotlight. It’s still sweet, but these notes make it bearable. The scent and longevity blew me away; I ended up loving it so much that the next time I go shopping, I’m grabbing this. The dry down on clothes the next day still smells brand new, like walking into the perfume section of a department store. Sometimes it smells like this, and other times like a perfume I loved madly but was discontinued: Quizás, Quizás, Quizás Eau de Toilette by Loewe. It’s a simple-to-wear scent with great projection. It’s a shame it didn’t stray a bit more from the Idôle DNA; it could have been a fresh, interesting new proposal from Lancôme under a different name, maybe a new citrus line. Too bad now they’re just busy releasing flanker-after-flanker of flankers from LVEB, Trésor, or Idôle—even if, at least this time, it worked out.

  • Obsessed with vanilla! It feels like they’re forcing it into every single perfume nowadays. Do they all have to carry it? I was drawn in by the bergamot and green tea notes, thinking it would be similar to Ange ou Demon Le Secret, but nope—the rose takes a different turn. I haven’t tried the other flankers or the EDP, so no comparison there. The opening is fresh, though not as citrusy as I hoped; the rose is fresh and elegant, but the dry down… vanilla! On my skin, that note explodes in every fragrance that includes it. I don’t hate it, but it gets tiresome and sometimes even nauseating. The sillage isn’t huge, but the longevity is excellent on skin and even better on clothes. I think it’s easy to wear year-round, though I’m not sure how it holds up in extreme climates.

  • I wanted to try this EDT for those green and fresh notes it promised. The result is a feminine and clean scent, very similar to Idôle EDP but softer and more charming. It’s jovial and luminous, ideal for spring and summer. Upon application, the bergamot and the greenness of the tea are noticeable instantly, followed by Damask rose and rose water with a very subtle vanilla touch on the skin. Longevity and fixation are high for a citrus EDT; with decent application, I notice it for 7-8 hours on skin, and others notice it too. I agree with the previous reviewer: after the original, this is my second favorite. I bought the 50 ml because it’s perfect to carry around and refresh myself during the day. Without a doubt, it’s a perfectly executed EDT that refreshes and maintains the classic DNA.

  • I wanted to try this EDT since the declared green and fresh notes attracted me. It has an exquisite, clean, feminine aroma; quite similar to the Idôle EDP, but softer and equally charming. It’s jovial, luminous, and highly recommended for spring-summer. Upon application, you immediately perceive the freshness of the bergamot and the verdancy of the tea. Then the delicious scent of Damask rose and rose water appears, accompanied by a very subtle vanilla on the skin. Regarding its longevity and sillage, they seem quite high for an EDT containing citrus accords. I tend to apply a lot and perceive it for about 7-8 hours on skin, and others often notice it too. I agree with the previous comment; after the original Idôle, this is my second favorite, and I’ve bought the 50ml format because it seems ideal to carry and refresh myself with this fragrance during daily life. For me, it’s undoubtedly a perfectly executed EDT that manages to refresh while maintaining the classic Idôle DNA.

This is my second favorite from the Idôle line. The first time I wore it, the green tea scent felt very sharp to me, but I tried it again and absolutely loved it. Now I perceive the green tea, rose, musk, and vanilla. It has become a very wearable fragrance for daily use, with moderate projection. I recommend it for use at the office or in enclosed spaces.

I bought this perfume blind two months ago. When I first tried it upon arrival, I liked it but it didn’t impress me. I set it aside thinking it was for hot days, and now that it’s full-blown summer here, I’m using it as intended. As soon as you apply it, it smells like delicious green tea that, luckily, lasts almost the whole time. The roses are fresh, like freshly cut, with a sweet vanilla touch at the bottom that doesn’t saturate. I noticed it for 6 hours without issues, and three people complimented it the first day, although I didn’t feel it as strong. I think many people will like it, as a 60-year-old man, a 40-year-old woman, and a guy under 20 all told me so. I have the 25 ml bottle, and when it runs out, I’ll repeat with a larger one.

  • I love this fragrance; it’s super curious. I’ve been wearing it for months, and women go crazy for it, telling me it smells beautiful. Men, on the other hand, hate it, saying it smells like Flit and is too strong. I love it, but I don’t wear it when I’m out with my boyfriend.

I love it; it’s my favorite Lancôme 🥺. Before, I tried the first Idole, La Vie Est Belle, and La Nuit Tresor. All are very feminine, delicious, with great trail and presence, but I never dared to buy any; I felt they were too sweet or potent for me. When I saw the Idole EDT, I wanted to try it, and since I smelled it at the counter, I haven’t stopped thinking about it. The opening is citrusy, bergamot, and roses instantly; you feel how the freshness wraps around you. It’s not sweet; it’s freshly cut roses in summer. The vanilla doesn’t invade; I feel the green tea very present until the end with those beautiful Lancôme roses, that’s the quality you’re looking for 🤍🍀. I understand it might not be everyone’s taste; if you like gourmands or very sweet scents, it might bore you. Personally, I think it’s very elegant, and I’ll buy it to debut in summer and see how it goes! 🙌🌸😊

  • Until now, I’ve only loved the original Idole EDP; the others felt too intense to me. I wanted to give this a chance, tried it in the store on my wrist and on a blotter. The sensation is a green tea infusion with very present roses. It’s neither totally fresh nor totally sweet. The opening scent accompanies you all the time without much development (that was my experience). Comparing it to the blotter throughout the day, I didn’t notice any variation. Regarding longevity, maybe I’m too sensitive, but at 6 hours I could still smell it very intensely; the scent eventually caused fatigue, and at no point did I find it pleasant, so I had to wash my wrist to stop smelling it. Definitely not for me, but if you like it, its longevity on skin will surprise you.

I love it; it’s my favorite Lancôme perfume 🥺. Previously, I tried the first Idôle that came out, La Vie Est Belle, and La Nuit Trésor. All the previous ones are very feminine, rich, with great sillage and presence. However, I never dared to buy any. I felt they were too sweet or potent for me… When I saw they released the Idôle EDT, I wanted to give it a try, and since I smelled it at the counter, I haven’t stopped thinking about this perfume. The opening is citrusy, with bergamot and roses instantly. You feel how the freshness of the perfume envelops you. It’s not sweet; it’s like freshly cut roses in summer. The vanilla doesn’t invade the perfume on my skin; I feel the green tea note very present until the end, along with the beautiful roses Lancôme has—that’s the quality you look for in a perfume 🤍🍀. I understand it might not be everyone’s taste; this perfume isn’t for everyone. If you like gourmand or very sweet perfumes, you might find it boring. Personally, I think it’s very elegant, and I’ll buy it to debut in summer and see how it goes! 🙌🌸😊

  • I like it even more than the original Idole. It smells delicious, like a tea infusion. Smelling it makes me happy, probably because of those sparkling top notes. You can tell the quality because the longevity is good, lasting between 5 and 8 hours. Although I usually go for gourmand scents, this one and the Idole are the exceptions I love. The tea and bergamot wrap around with an elegant freshness, ideal for feeling clean, radiant, and special for any occasion.

  • Perfumes that last this long are rare. And watch out, it’s an EDT, but on my skin it projects like an extrait. The new Angel Nova Fruitee doesn’t even last half as long on me.

  • Perla Vencis

If you stayed away from Idole Eau Parfum because of those fruity African roses and patchouli, here both vanilla and patchouli are just a whisper. The key is that the roses take center stage: imagine pink roses with white hints. The scent is soft, subtle, and discreet yet enveloping, perfect for feeling clean and perfumed. On my skin, it lasts well with a light trail, which is exactly what I look for when I want something crisp and understated.
