My version hits with that super bright pineapple note, where the coconut is barely noticeable and it’s the tonka bean that gives it freshness and character. Le Beau LP is better for cold, creamy vibes, but this cheap clone is perfect for heat. Use it after a shower or with sunscreen for the beach. Don’t expect miracles for the price: it lasts 2 to 4 hours, making it a great option for keeping in the car or reapplying throughout the day, more like a body spray or for layering.

  2. I think it’s unisex; women absolutely love it. Smells like piña colada, sweet and fruity with a citrusy touch that keeps it from being cloying. Moderate projection and lasts 6-7 hours on skin, up to the next day on clothes. I picked it up for $15 in Chile. Scent: 7/10, Longevity: 7/10, Projection: 7/10, Price: 10/10

Moderate projection, lasts 6-7 hours on skin, and you can still smell it on clothes the next day. I paid $15 in Chile. Scent: 7/10, Longevity: 7/10, Projection: 7/10, Price: 10/10.

  4. Zero longevity, zero projection. The piña colada aroma is rich, but the performance is terrible.

I bought it because of its resemblance to JPG Le Beau, and it’s a fantastic option with great performance on my skin and a low price. I don’t detect any citrus, neither in the opening nor anywhere else, and I don’t think it’s made for heat or summer; it’s quite sweet with a lot of tonka bean. I recommend it for temperate climates, cold weather, and night outs.

I bought it because of its resemblance to JPG’s Le Beau, and it’s an absolute steal with great performance and a bargain price. I don’t detect any citrus at all, not in the opening or anywhere else, and I don’t think it’s for hot weather either; it’s very sweet with lots of tonka bean. I’d recommend it for mild, cold climates, or night outs.

  7. WORTH IT. I bought it for the brand and the affordable price, and I was pleasantly surprised. The scent is very similar to JPG Le Beau: opens with coconut that lingers, followed by pineapple and vanilla or tonka bean, finishing with subtle woods. It’s semi-sweet but refreshing. Smells like a piña colada, but not like sunscreen. It’s informal, perfect for warm day and night weather, though in the cold it evokes sunshine and the urge to cool down. Pros: excellent, not intrusive or annoying, it’s almost ‘edible’ thanks to the piña colada vibe; people say I smell good. Performance is surprising: wide projection, no need to be close for the first 2 hours, good sillage, and moderate longevity of 4 to 6 hours. The cost is fabulous; I paid 200 MXN and it can be found even cheaper. You can spray 20 times without fear of it running out. In terms of cost-benefit, it surpasses many. Quality: there’s a subtle difference compared to JPG, but over time it’s hard to distinguish them. Longevity 6, Projection 9, Sillage 9, Pros 9, Price 10. Total 8.5.

  9. First off, respecting the previous reviews: I didn’t detect any citrus, just that distinct coconut scent, a bit of pineapple to make it fresh, and tonka bean. Within minutes, sandalwood emerges, with cedar being very faint. In the middle and final phases, tonka bean takes the lead alongside coconut and sandalwood, with the other notes well below. And yes, I liked it; this Cuban fragrance is rich.

  10. My little brother owns one. The opening is ultra-citrusy, but once it dries down, it has the same coconut as Le Beau. Incredible quality-to-price ratio. Cuba never ceases to surprise.

The opening is a bit strong; those Cuban notes give me a slight headache at first, but once it dries down, it smells like Le Beau—fresh, creamy, and sweet, like a piña colada, though not quite as high quality as the original. 7.5/10

The opening is a bit shocking; all the Cubas make me dizzy at first, I don’t know why, but it’s very strong for my nose. However, the dry down is much more relaxed and, without a doubt, smells like Le Beau. A fresh, creamy, and sweet fragrance; yes, it smells like a piña colada, but without matching the original’s quality. 7.5/10.
