The main complaint about Guerlain’s reformulated classics is that they feel too light and don’t last as long as the originals. With Chamade, I haven’t tried the vintage, which is said to be thicker and creamier. The current EDT is light, luminous, and transparent. I think these qualities suit a floral fragrance perfectly. The modern Chamade is an ode to hyacinth and practically captures the beginning of spring in a bottle. I love it!
