I’ve never really liked Jafra perfumes, but this one smells luxurious. It’s literally Tutti Frutti Totito/PAL/Bubbaloo bubblegum; starts super fruity and dries down a bit powdery. It doesn’t evolve much, projecting softly for about 4 hours. Even though it’s synthetic bubblegum, the quality is good, and I think it works all year round. I loved it and would buy it again.
Not a huge fan of Jafra, but this smells great. It’s literally Totito/PAL/Bubbaloo Tutti Frutti gum; fresh out of the bottle it’s fruity, and as it dries down it gets a bit powdery. It doesn’t evolve much, with a soft projection for about 4 hours. Since it’s gum, it’s synthetic, but high quality and I think it works year-round. I liked it and would buy it again.
I love this perfume: 100% tutti frutti bubblegum opening on my dry skin, finishing with a super sweet powdery dry-down. The downside is it only lasts 3 hours, but I don’t mind reapplying; I was fascinated by it.
At first, the bubblegum is delicious, but when it dries down, it’s sweet and powdery. Compared to Moschino’s Toy 2, they only match at the start: Jafra is sweet bubblegum, while Moschino is sweet-citrus. Dried down, Moschino smells like clean roses, whereas Jafra just has cinnamon to me. Both are cheerful and rich. If you’re looking for a Toy 2 dupe, the Fraiche inspiration smells more like the dry-down, while Jafra matches the opening but lacks the acidity.
It’s like a dupe for Moschino’s Toy 2, smells like bubblegum, and it’s gorgeous.
Bubblegum Tutti Frutti: even though I’m not a fan of catalog perfumes, they occasionally have great options. This literally smells like pink Bubbaloo bubblegum with its dusting of powder. The raspberry adds a lot of sweetness that faintly reminds me of Fantasy, but it’s not a dupe, just a vibe. It’s very soft, lasts about 4 hours, then sits close to the skin like talcum powder, still smelling of bubblegum with no surprises. I see it as an all-year scent, sweet but not cloying. A smart buy if you like gourmands. Edit: lasts longer on clothes than on skin and smells better there; on skin, it feels very soft.
Picture opening a pink Hubba Bubba pack; it smells exactly the same. You probably want to know if it’s similar to TOY2 or nothing alike: the opening is 89% similar with a warm touch, while Moschino is fruitier and the bubblegum fades quickly, barely noticeable after two hours. In contrast, Jafra’s Bubblegum is sweet, milky, and powdery, evolving almost nothing. Sometimes the raspberry smells like L’Oréal Kids shampoo. In terms of longevity, I tested it for a few days and it lasted all day on clothes. The sillage is light but pleasant; it doesn’t overwhelm with that sugary note, which is a relief since it doesn’t project much. If you love TOY2, I highly recommend this because at this price, you can try it without fear.
