Hi! I just received this lovely gift and it was already on my wishlist. I absolutely love the bottle—the frosted glass and color are gorgeous, though the cap leaves a little to be desired. The box feels a bit boring in comparison. What matters most is the scent: I love it! I adore fresh, aquatic, and ethereal tones that give the feeling of being freshly showered, and this one delivers more than enough. The opening is a sweet, refreshing cloud, ideal for hot weather, clean and inoffensive. It’s a simple but rich aroma, nothing showy, very personal with a soft trail and less-than-moderate longevity. It appears occasionally without being loud, feels right up against the skin, and lasts a bit longer on clothes. Discreet, subtle, and feminine, plus it’s affordable. My only gripe is the longevity; if it lasted longer, it would be perfection. <3
Hi! I just received this perfume that was already on my wishlist. I absolutely love the bottle—the frosted glass and color are gorgeous, though the cap leaves a little to be desired and the box feels a bit boring. But the most important part is the scent: I love it! It’s fresh, aquatic, and ethereal, exactly what I was looking for to feel clean and freshly showered. It’s not for me. The bottle tries to be a bamboo stalk, but you have to lean down to see it, which looks ridiculous, and it’s made of thick, heavy glass. The initial notes are aquatic and fruity, true to the name, but they’re pleasant and lack character. Then a masculine touch comes through that I don’t like in a women’s perfume; it smells like my husband’s aftershave. Later, a chypre and spicy note tempers the masculine vibe but doesn’t improve anything. Finally, it circles back to fruity. You can tell because it lasts forever on clothes but barely minutes on skin. If I had to recommend it, I’d say it’s for a young girl in warm weather, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I don’t like it. Let’s start with the bottle: it’s supposed to be a bamboo stalk, but you have to get very close to see it. Trying to be original makes it look ridiculous, and it’s made of thick, heavy glass. The top notes are aquatic with exotic fruits, true to its name. It’s pleasant but bland, lacking personality. A bit later, a masculine note emerges that I don’t appreciate in a women’s perfume; it even seemed like I’d sprayed my husband’s aftershave. Then a chypre and spicy note tempers the masculine scent but doesn’t improve the perfume. Finally, it returns to the fruity notes. You can tell because it lasts a long time on clothes but barely a few minutes on skin. If I had to recommend it, I’d say it’s for a young girl in warm weather, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
