  1. If you’re looking for a spicy oriental that breaks the mold, this is it. Ambre Sublime is warm, opulent, and high-quality; the spices shine with a soft cinnamon dancing in harmony with a sublime benjoin. It’s not sweet, but dense, dry, and intoxicating. Perfect for daily wear in autumn and winter, and great for nightwear year-round. It’s not expensive if you analyze the essences, and it stands out by differing from current orientals, which tend to be light and sweet. Many see it as unisex, but I view it as more feminine, for a woman with character. It’s not for everyone; better to test it on skin. Very interesting and hard to find something that stands out so much.

  2. The amber here is brutal! Sweet and hot, perfect for winter and freezing climates. On my skin, it’s like Le Baiser du Dragon, but with a calmed dragon. It remains unisex, but much more feminine than Le Baiser, which came out very masculine for me. This smells more sensual; I got rid of the amberwood and vetiver, which overwhelm me too much and are very masculine. Ambre Sublime is much creamier. The cinnamon is very subtle, nothing heavy like the other one. It settles with vanilla and tonka bean at the end. A very good and quality perfume, in my opinion.
