So rich and original! Finally got my little bottle of the Caribbean Pirates edition of this dense, decadent elixir. I can’t help but wonder a few things, looking at this little vial that looks like it was rescued from Captain Hook’s ship at the bottom of the ocean. What do pirates eat? I guess the poor guys are just eating fish non-stop, and I doubt milk keeps well in those conditions, so I hope this dessert note takes that into account. Maybe it’s the rum that keeps everything fresh longer. I can only imagine how much they’d love to have this after all that fish. Overall, I’m super happy with my artifact from the curiosity shop; as a gourmand lover, I absolutely adore this scent, and the concentration is insane.

They gave me the bottle with the wax seal and twine on the cap; it’s not the same as in the photo because they changed the bottle, though it’s the same perfume. The one with the twine was a limited edition. I love it, especially when dry: it’s sweet without being cloying and leaves a gorgeous trail. The longevity is excellent, and I doubt anyone would dislike it. It’s unisex, though I lean towards seeing it as unisex/masculine. If you try it, you’ll definitely love it for cold weather.
