I bought this after using Kate Spade’s Live Color Fully, which smells like flowers and coconut—a fresh, summery scent. But I was really disappointed by Twirl: it doesn’t last at all, and I can’t really smell the floral notes. I don’t know how to call something a perfume that doesn’t last. I use it after showering and around the house. It’s cheap, so maybe it’s for people who can’t handle heavy fragrances.
