Qaa’ed by Lattafa Perfumes

Bought it without testing and thought I’d made a mistake, but by the next day I was already wearing it, hoping it would improve with maceration. Now I’m thinking about buying another bottle. Spiced, sweet, enveloping, absolutely delicious. Be careful with the sprays in public. Also, don’t use too many if you’re wearing it during the day. It’s better suited for night, definitely not feminine at all. Wear it well, and please, don’t be a clown using this.

Just bought it after seeing videos and reviews, and the truth is, this is NOT for women. I love strong perfumes that lean masculine, and this is 100% masculine. That said, it’s a spectacular perfume for mature gentlemen… wow. What a beast! The bottle is gorgeous and elegant; I loved it so much. The opening didn’t agree with me because it’s very strong—the sandalwood and cardamomo at first are quite sharp, along with the amber. Personally, I don’t detect the cinnamon, maybe because it’s new and not yet macerated, but after a minute, the magic begins: that leather scent, cedar, ufff, it’s a 10/10. The sandalwood starts to soften a lot… Personally, I’m going to gift this to my dad because it’s definitely ideal for him. A handsome, elegant gentleman smelling divine! My mom will be smitten, as the dry-down lowers the intensity while the notes become higher but without losing presence. The vanilla is light and very masculine. It’s definitely a woody perfume; that’s its style. What I recommend is applying few sprays, at least start with 3, because the opening might be unpleasant, and we don’t want that, since minutes later the perfume transforms into pure luxury and class. But it’s divine if you’re 40-50 or older; I recommend it literally. It smells like a millionaire gentleman dressed in black getting out of a Bugatti in Monaco.

It’s a WOODY perfume, very masculine, spiced, animalic, with a slight suede base. It’s not sweet, not for amateurs just starting out or teenagers. The vanilla at the base is only there to round out the aroma, making it more approachable. It’s not a difficult OUD; on the contrary, it’s very usable and mature, blending a bit with the creaminess of the sandalwood. For me, it’s become an addictive perfume. Moderate projection for about 2 hours, then it stays close to the skin. If you like warm, woody, spiced scents with a masculine profile, age 30+, black t-shirt, leather jacket, or an office profile that demands formality and respect, it’s a luxury.

Huge vanilla, refined and elegant. Emerges from the start between saffron and cedar, also very fine and balanced. Not cloying, but long-lasting and projects a lot. Awesome perfume, for sure. A top 10 winter scent in any collection if you like oriental fragrances.

It was one of my first Arabic perfumes; honestly, I liked it a lot at first, but as time passes, it becomes very heavy and bothersome. Honestly, it’s great for a specific occasion in an open area, but if not, you’ll suffocate people.

Cinnamon, sweet, leather, and spices… it projects 5 meters, it’s intense, pure Arab scent. The bottle and box look interesting but aren’t high quality. The scent is complicated; my gift recipient loved it, but to me it smells like tripe in sauce, haha, total mango rice, although it does smell good.

It opens with spices, then dries down to be very sweet and warm, dominated by vanilla and wood, with incense and leather lingering in the base. It’s good, a fine scent, suitable for day and night, for outings but not daily wear; avoid heat. I recommend testing it on skin first; don’t buy blind, but for the price, you can take a risk. Don’t apply more than 4 sprays, especially if you’re sensitive; it projects well for 1.5 hours but lasts no more than 6 on skin, maybe it will improve after months of maceration.

It’s purely dry, vanilla-scented wood, literally, it just smells like that. I see it more for use when there’s high humidity, as the perfume gives that sensation, like dry wood. It’s a great scent, unconventional, I recommend it.

Excellent purchase, it’s quite sweet and masculine, undoubtedly led by vanilla and wood. After some time, leather and amber notes emerge, giving an incredible olfactory sensation. Just a couple of sprays last a long time, deeply impregnated on the skin; without a doubt, one of my favorites.

I tested Qaa’ed and can assure you that the dry-down is identical to Issey Miyake L’Essence du Parfum. Not so much in the opening, which starts with spicy notes and cardamom, but after a few minutes, it’s very similar. Just one application was enough to keep the fragrance on my skin for hours. For quality and price, it’s a tremendous perfume.

Lattafa Qaa’ed is a gem in the fragrance world. It smells sweet and vanilla-forward, with deep notes of leather, amber, a touch of oud, and saffron. Unlike others like Oud for Greatness, it has a unique style. It’s elegant and perfect for special occasions. Great value for the scent and longevity; I recommend buying it.

At first, my nose couldn’t handle it for wearing out and pleasing others; I always wait to get used to a fragrance before wearing it out, usually testing it before bed. This wasn’t an exception, and I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve had it for 6 months and it mellowed out, but it’s really creamy now and works great for an outdoor evening date; people will definitely want to eat you up. Warning: test it before buying, but since it’s so affordable, you can take the risk.

This perfume smells of cinnamon, wood, incense, vanilla, and sandalwood. But as a whole, it smells like walking through an Egyptian shop. I don’t know why, but it smells like papyrus, paper, a pile of dusty old notebooks you just pulled out of the closet.

To my nose, it feels like a masculine scent: warm, spiced, with a tremendous character. On my skin, I get a hint of woody incense, with huge longevity and incredible projection. The packaging is beautiful and looks luxurious. However, I wouldn’t buy it again; I felt it was too heavy for me.

I think it’s a good fragrance: warm and very spiced, though I’d say too much; it’s even spicy to the nose, which might be the part I don’t love. I can smell the cinnamon, but the saffron and woods don’t get the spotlight. It lasts well but isn’t a beast mode; about 6 to 7 hours on skin. Scent: 7/10 Longevity: 7/10 Projection: 6/10 Recommended: Yes.
