  • I picked this up from the catalog for 500 pesos. It’s a standard fragrance, almost generic, but it has a nice trail that gets compliments like ‘you smell like you just showered,’ although it reminds me a bit of Perry Ellis America just in that regard. The quality-to-price ratio isn’t bad and the bottle has its own style, although if you have perfumes sorted by size, it looks out of place in the lineup. The only thing I take away from it is that it smells almost identical to Jafra’s Victus; if they aren’t the same, they share many notes and a trained nose wouldn’t distinguish them. That’s why I kept the Victus and gifted the Navigo to my dad—I’m not into owning duplicate fragrances. In short: it’s good for daily use, nothing surprising but no flaws. You’ll smell good for a moderate amount of time without spending extra.

I was gifted this one and at first I didn’t like the scent on my skin, so I put it away. Then one day I decided to go out and didn’t want to wear perfume on my body so I could switch to another later, so I tried it on my clothes and… what a surprise! On fabric, it smells totally different: a summery, masculine, and clean aroma, very similar to Davidoff’s Cool Water. It’s linear, masculine, and refreshing. For the price, I highly recommend it.

  • It smells super fresh and gives you the feeling of just having gotten out of the shower, but it’s way overhyped. Even though it has those marine notes, it doesn’t deliver on its promises: I bought it for 500 pesos and later got it on sale for 300, yet to last 4 or 5 hours I had to spray it about 20 times. It stays glued to the skin with zero projection, and for that price there are better options, even cheaper ones. Ideal for summer or spring days.

Very fresh and pleasant, but I don’t detect those aquatic notes they promised; it smells more citrusy and woody, with a mid-tier synthetic touch. Use it in spring or summer with moderation, because if you overdo it like I did and spray too much, it smells sharp and you have to shower quickly afterward. (6/10)

  • My girlfriend gifted me this fragrance, and although I wasn’t expecting much, I was pleasantly surprised. The opening is citrusy, watery, and light, nothing that bothers the nose despite its obvious artificiality. Surprisingly, it lasts 9 hours on clothes; maybe that’s the trick, because on the skin, I had to press my nose close to it, and it was still there, giving its sillage a very intimate touch. The heart notes last all day without losing the freshness and citrus of the opening, closing perfectly with those woody notes, like a piece of wood seasoned by the sea. It achieves a perfect circle, intimate, and much better than what you pay for, surpassing many perfumes from ‘quality’ brands.

  • My girlfriend gifted it to me and I didn’t have many expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The opening is citrusy, watery, and light, nothing annoying despite that slightly artificial touch. Surprisingly, it lasts 9 hours on clothes; on skin, you have to press your nose against it to notice it’s still there, giving it a very intimate vibe. The heart notes last all day without losing freshness, closing perfectly with those woody notes, like a piece of salted wood by the sea. It achieves a perfect circle, intimate, and much better than what you pay for, surpassing many perfumes from so-called ‘quality’ brands.

  • I own YSL Cologne Blue for comparison, and the quality difference is clear: Navigo has a persistent, somewhat unpleasant scent—likely from the fixative—that lingers from start to finish. I get it given the price, but I don’t like it. My recommendation is that they make an extra effort to match the quality of YSL Cologne Blue.

  • I have YSL Cologne Blue to compare; the quality difference is clear. In Navigo, there’s a persistent, slightly unpleasant aroma, probably from the fixative, that lingers throughout. You can understand it by the price, but I don’t like it. My recommendation: make an extra effort to get YSL Cologne Blue.

  • I love, love, love this perfume because it brings back memories. It was my dad’s when I was a kid, and smelling it makes my heart ache with nostalgia. It’s crisp, super rich, with watery and woody touches; I adore the violet, but this one smells very delicate. If you buy it, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I still have notes on my nose. I hope you can feel my excitement because it truly IS THE PERFUME. Very versatile, and if you want people to turn and look, buy it. For a catalog fragrance, it’s a gem and leaves the price behind. It’s accessible and lasts a long time, about 8 to 9 hours.

  • It was always my go-to scent back in college, and honestly, I still buy it sometimes.

  • If you’re looking for a daily perfume for the office, class, or home, this is perfect: with zero sillage, it’s ideal for being around others without being annoying or unnoticed. I’d use it moderately to smell good without overwhelming anyone. Its citrus and woody notes are a great option if you don’t want to spend much and still smell decent. Verdict: perfect for enclosed spaces.

  • This was my go-to fragrance for a long time, back in my student days. And in fact, I still buy it sometimes.

It’s versatile for daytime, especially excellent in the heat. Aquatic, citrusy, and fresh, very nice smell. But to my taste, it lacks projection and has short longevity. I paid around $22, so it’s not expensive, but for just a bit more, you can find perfumes with better performance. I wouldn’t buy it again.

  • It’s too fresh, nothing extraordinary. You can really smell the lemon and lavender; it smells like a clean, neat man. The trail is good for the first hour, projecting rich bursts. It does its job; women love that clean, fresh scent. On my skin, it lasts about 6 hours. I’d recommend it as an alternative to Nautica Voyage.

  • Skillmaxter

We’re talking about Navigo Homme by Jafra, a fresh blue fragrance. While it works for everyday wear, it has a slightly more formal vibe. Among the catalog scents, it’s one of the most recommended, even one of my first perfumes. The proof is in the pudding: I’m almost finishing my second bottle. I haven’t gotten many compliments, but it never fails: great longevity and behaves well for daily use. It smells fresh, a bit sharp at first, but settles into a floral, fresh, and masculine scent.

  • Reminds me a bit of Perry Ellis 18 for Men, but this one has more charm. It feels fuller and richer; that blend of violet, lavender, and jasmine gives it a floral touch, slightly musky with a hint of sweetness. If you find it, I recommend buying it: it’s cheap, charming, and very polished.

  • Blue and powerful, many swear it beats Nautica Voyage, and in certain moments, it does. But being blue, it’s less versatile than Nautica; it smells more aromatic and even more formal. I see it as good for almost everything, maybe except the gym. For the price, you’re brave enough to shower with it without worry so it lasts longer.
