Excellent fragrance for nighttime use. Honestly, it lasts a long time on my skin.
Excellent fragrance, better than many designer ones. I have two because I don’t want them to run out. I invite you to try it: it doesn’t please much at first, but in the heart and base, it’s incredible. Perfect for work or going out at night. On my skin, it projects for about 4 hours, and on clothes, it lasts days.
I love this perfume. At first, it smells a bit like Armani Code and lasts only a breath, then it shifts to remind me of D&G’s The One due to its sweetness and liquor note, maintaining that trend until the dry down. I like it even more than The One, and let’s talk about the price: it’s a third of the cost. Its longevity and projection are above average. Balancing quality and price, it’s a great buy. If you drop your prejudices against catalog fragrances like Ésika, you’ll see they have decent creations across the board. Worth trying.
Excellent fragrance, perfect for rainy days. Very versatile with an unmatched trail and longevity for such a low price.
Versatile, but only for lovers of sweet and synthetic scents. You can tell it’s fruity, a bit sticky and artificial. The tobacco note is barely noticeable. I don’t recommend it: I only wear it at home or with friends at night, but its longevity and trail are poor.
Not very versatile, I rule it out for daytime or the office. I only wear it at night, but the projection is weak; it stays on the skin. I won’t buy it again; for that low price, I prefer Yanbal’s Zentro.
Sweet and seductive scent, absolutely delicious. I’ve had this for years and already ordered another one; now I just have to wait for it to arrive.
Good morning! Even though the notes don’t match the description, it smells very similar to Zara’s Tabaco Collection Dark Intense 2018, just drier and sweeter due to the habanero. In Colombia, the price ranges from 125k to 140k, but you can grab it for under 50k on sale. It’s an exquisite scent lasting 5 to 7 hours on the skin with a moderate trail, but the real magic is that it clings to you without letting go.
Good day. Although the notes don’t match according to this page, it feels very similar to Zara’s Tabaco Collection Dark Intense 2018, though the latter dries down sweeter due to habanero. Its price ranges between 125,000 and 140,000 pesos in Colombia, but you can get it for under 50,000 on promotion. It’s an exquisite fragrance with 5 to 7 hours of longevity on skin. The trail is moderate to low, but the charm of this Eau de Toilette is that people come closer to you without wanting to move away.
Hello fellow fragrance lovers: To those who say it’s better than D&G The One, I completely disagree. I own both D&G The One Eau de Parfum and Ésika Pulso. The difference is astronomical. If it resembles anything, it tries to approach it but never reaches it. Ésika Pulso is a decent attempt to compete, but it falls short in both scent quality (which feels inferior) and development. D&G shows its quality from start to finish, and while its projection isn’t monstrous, it’s noticeable. Pulso stays literally very faint, almost skin-only. I recommend it if you want to spend little and have it smell like D&G, but claiming it’s better is like saying 2+2 equals 5. Ésika Pulso: Scent 7/10, Projection 3/10, Max longevity 6 hours at skin level. Recommended if you want to spend the absolute minimum.
Elegant and seductive, very similar to Dolce & Gabbana’s The One, but with better performance in longevity. 100% recommended.
A cloyingly artificial scent, slightly fruity but dominated by cardamom with a pseudo-amber note. The chemical fixative Esika uses really stands out. The tobacco is very subtle, hovering timidly. The longevity is good but not great; Belcorp uses tech to maximize duration, but its biggest flaw is projection: it projects nothing, staying purely skin-scented despite lasting on the skin. Nothing for summer or warm weather, only for cool environments. Finally, it doesn’t resemble D&G The One at all, but it’s worth it for the price. Don’t expect more; it’s a gift fragrance. Perfect after a shower, a quick puff, and getting under the covers for some TV.
It’s a sweet, syrupy, and very synthetic fragrance. It’s not unpleasant—I got it as a gift—but I wouldn’t buy it again.
I tried it, and yes, it reminds me of D&G The One the moment you smell it—it just pops into your head. Verdict: rich, seductive scent at a great price.
I tried it and yes, it reminds me of D&G’s The One; as soon as you smell it, that scent comes to mind. Final note: rich, seductive, and low-cost aroma.
It’s very similar to Dolce & Gabbana’s The One, although now it feels reformulated. It’s one of the best Ésika perfumes, highly recommended for winter.
It’s very similar to Dolce & Gabbana’s The One, although now it feels reformulated. It’s one of the best perfumes by Esika, totally recommended for winter.
It’s true that it resembles D&G’s The One. This Pulse smells very sexy, sweet, and dry at the same time, like a raisin with tobacco. The only downside is that it projects almost nothing; it’s very skin-scented. If they improved that, it would be great. Cheers.
It was my first fragrance. I wouldn’t buy it again, but it has served as a go-to perfume several times. The scent is rich and ideal for dates, but I was very disappointed by its short longevity. It must be my skin, because I see it lasts 6 to 8 hours on others, but on me it doesn’t go past two.
It was my first perfume, the one that opened the doors to this world. It has a sweet, warm, and spicy touch with a woody base and a cigarette scent that gives it character. I find it pleasant, but like many catalog perfumes, its longevity is short on my skin: a maximum of two hours if you apply it generously. The trail is good at first, but then it stays right on the skin.
One of the fragrances from when Esika and L’BEL were making copies of famous perfumes. Pulse was a copy of D&G The One, Bleu Intense was a copy of Chanel’s Egoïste Platinum, and there were others, but they’ve already been discontinued. It’s very good for its price: $12 or $15 off the shelf on Facebook Marketplace. It’s synthetic, but there are others that are much more expensive and of worse quality, like the Antonio Banderas ones that don’t last. This one is more durable and cheaper. It’s 90% identical to D&G The One. What a gem!
I’ve taken almost 4 years to write this review. It’s not to say something memorable, but because it brings me nostalgia: when I used it, it was being discontinued, and now it’s out of production in Mexico. It’s very good; the tobacco is velvety thanks to the other notes. It lasts about 6 hours and the projection is intimate, just for you. The problem is that it left me wanting more. More of what? That tobacco reminds me of Very Valentino, and I was expecting that evolution, but it lacked lavender, nutmeg, and woods. But if you don’t know that one, by itself it’s very good for cold weather.
My dad owns this and hadn’t used it in years until he finally did. When I smelled the trail, I said, ‘He bought The One.’ I asked him and it was this; very good, a total man scent.
I never thought I’d get this fragrance again, but I received it as a gift this month and I really like it. Not so much for its performance, but because it reminds me of those early dating and teenage days when we had few resources and only used catalog perfumes. I’ll keep using it for the nostalgia; besides, it smells great.
It’s very masculine, gets compliments, and people never forget you. Not sweet at all, which is perfect!
A perfume I expected more from. There were excellent reviews. At first, it smells like lots of alcohol, then the heart and base notes appear after a few minutes. Does it resemble The One by Dolce & Gabbana? No, not at all. Maybe something like the dry-down, but you’d have to be very close to feel it. The good thing is the price. Is it salvageable? Yes. But I wouldn’t buy it again. 6/10.
It’s now called Pulse Absolute. I used it when Cristian Meyer was promoting it; it was delicious, something out of the ordinary. Now it’s just another run-of-the-mill perfume, even ugly. Sometimes it smells like light tobacco, other times like terrible rotting lemons. For its price, there are better options. I wouldn’t recommend it more than for informal daily use without interaction. It’s not for showing off on the street; it lasts a long time but doesn’t project, just smelling smoky, sweet, with those flashes of rotten lemon.
This Pulse smells like tobacco, but like freshly cleaned, elegant tobacco.
It’s a very addictive, masculine, and sensual fragrance; the blend of cardamom and tobacco is great. It’s not a clone of The One EDT, though it follows a similar path and might remind you of it, but it’s not identical. On my skin, it lasts about 4-5 hours with a projection of 1 or 2 hours; it’s quite personal. Unfortunately, it lacks strong performance, but it’s a rich scent. If you find it at a good price, it’s a safe buy, one of the best in the catalog.
I’m talking about this perfume again. I’ve had it for 9 months and it’s changed quite a bit: now it smells fresher, almost 25% better. It lasts longer and leaves a trail. It reminds me of The One by Dolce & Gabbana. Still, I wouldn’t recommend it; there are better cheap options in the catalog, like Avon or Natura, that perform much better for just a bit more. Only if you’re on a tight budget is it worth it for its pleasant, masculine scent.
