I was really taken aback by this one from Andy’s TauerVille collection. Opens with a classic rose and a metallic touch that blends with tobacco, drying down to spices and vanilla. These three key notes create a sense of quality, realism, and sharpness, which is rare these days. It’s not complex, but super balanced, suggestive, and romantic. Due to its softness and contained trail, it’s versatile and not aggressive. It smells frankly good, especially after the initial burst where the rose can be excessive. Overall, it’s sober and soft. The tobacco gives it a masculine aura, making it unisex. Lasts about 7 hours, fading afterward. The trail is moderate but noticeable without effort. Price: 69€ for 30ml, over 2€ per ml. It’s pricey for what it is, judge for yourself. Verdict: A good fragrance by Andy, pleasing to lovers of rose, tobacco, and vanilla. Highly recommended, though a bit simple.
Yikes, after the ecstasy with Rose Flash by Tauer, Vanilla Flash left me cold. It’s not bad, it’s a great perfume, but it lacked spectacularity. It’s very soft, linear on my skin, doesn’t fix well, and the trail… better not even talk about it. Others might experience it differently, surely it’s my pH, but me and this perfume just didn’t click. The vanilla isn’t sweet, but the tobacco and pepper are; however, I don’t detect the rose. The ingredients smell natural and the quality is undeniable.
Too sweet for my taste; the rose is screaming loud. What a pity because the balance between vanilla and tobacco is top-notch. Smells masculine without being aggressive, but with medium longevity. I wouldn’t recommend it due to that cloying rose, though the product itself is well-made.
Tobacco Vanille with Rose: a hook combo for me. Projects massively and lasts like luxury. Though vanilla isn’t the absolute queen here, all three notes share the stage with total dominance. Simply dazzling!
