A beautiful tonka fragrance (as the name suggests) with lots of vanilla and a hint of almond; I don’t detect any tobacco at all. It’s sophisticated and reminds me of the Feve Delicieuse I already own, so I don’t see the need to have both. For me, it’s discreet and doesn’t invade personal space, and honestly, I prefer the Dior one. Lasts about 6 hours on the skin.
At first, right when I sprayed it, I thought it was a clone of the original Shalimar, with that bergamot and incense base upfront, but then everything changes. Once it dries down, it smells completely different, with tonka at full strength, almond, and jasmine standing out on my skin, with a soft sweetness. The Millionnaire Tonka edition isn’t identical, but it comes very close.
