Smells like Princesse de Laomède, as if it were the very first ship to bring spices and flowers from the East to Europe. That magic is in almost everything this genius creates, and while Thichila isn’t his most famous work, it’s the one that stole my heart and is now one of my favorites. It’s a woody fragrance thanks to a smoky, leathery, seductive, and magical Thai oud that rules the composition. It’s super complex and full of nuances, though it’s hard to distinguish the notes without knowing all the ingredients. What really stands out is that spicy floral accord, which smells like a powerfully aniseed jasmine, supported by civet that gives it a majestic presence and a slight soapy touch. Thichila lasts all day, evoking the scent of an incense burner in a Thai Buddhist temple where jasmine and anise are offered, all wrapped in a sensual carnality that captivates you. It’s pure olfactory poetry.

Dancing under the moon, lost in a night of seduction. A tribute to dark shadows. It opens with a rich, potent, and intoxicating oud that dominates for a while before the jasmine, champaca, gardenia, and saffron join in; the magical potion takes shape and turns into a love juice. For me, it’s excellent, even though our minds look for familiar similarities and this one gives me a vibe reminiscent of Pardon, saving distance but leaving a similar memory. Still, you have to try it because it’s a personal perception: on my skin, Thichila is absolutely worth it—it’s a top fragrance. Enjoy, live, and take care.

Dancing under the moon, lost in that night of seduction. A tribute to dark shadows that opens with a rich, potent, and intoxicating oud. At first, it’s the king: it dominates and grabs attention alongside the jasmine, champaca, gardenia, and saffron; the magical potion takes form until it becomes a love juice. For me, it’s excellent, even though our minds look for reasonable similarities and this one gives me a vibe reminiscent of Pardon, saving distance but leaving a similar memory. Still, you have to try it because it’s a personal perception: on my skin, Thichila is absolutely worth it—it’s a top fragrance. Enjoy, live, and take care.
