I’m not an expert in perfumery nor do I have a trained nose, but I’ve been into this for years and I own about 50 perfumes. This is my honest opinion as an ordinary person who enjoys good scents. Upon trying it, my brain instantly unlocked a memory: ‘This smells like Acqua di Gio Profumo’. I never owned that Armani bottle, but I tried it several times and even had a dupe, and the overall feeling with Profumo is the same as I have now with Supremacy Noir. It opens with green, earthy, and fresh notes; in my rough identification, it smells like rosemary (it’s not in the pyramid, but maybe it’s fir or a combination of notes), something fresh that I assume is bergamot, not sweet or juicy, just fresh, all wrapped in an aura of synthetic violet, that common candy violet from Mexico and sweet pills. The progression is very linear: the freshness of the bergamot and violet fades, becoming more earthy until an identifiable incense highlights, similar to Profumo or Bentley For Men Intense, giving it a mature and dark vibe. Regarding projection or trail (being generous with the trigger), it’s not a bomb; it stays close to the skin where the wearer can feel the bursts, but it doesn’t project beyond the personal space, which is positive for the office without being intrusive but still having presence. Performance is average to low; if you don’t reapply after 3 or 4 hours, it feels very weak. I highlight its green, earthy, dark, and mature profile. If you’re looking for a Profumo substitute and can live without its aquatic notes, this is the best you’ll find on the market. Added at a ridiculous price (around $24 USD), it’s a safe bet and I’m already thinking about making backups. Recommended blind.

Well, out of the entire Supremacy line by Afnan, this is by far the worst. I own several others and can vouch for Not Only Intense, Supremacy in Oud, and Incense—all are fantastic clones. I’m not sure who this one is a clone of, but it has zero projection and doesn’t last long on my skin; if I don’t bring my nose close, I can’t even smell it. It doesn’t hold up on clothes either. I sprayed fourteen times without going overboard, and when I got home after eight hours, there was no trace left on my clothes or skin. It’s true that it’s cheaper than the others, but that doesn’t make up for it. It has a vintage 80s vibe, like Drakkar Noir, mixed with a decent leather note similar to Yuqawan, but without the same punch. Basically, it’s a cologne, not a post-shower splash. I’ll probably just keep it for home use. I’m not throwing it away because the bottle looks nice. If you can find it at a good price, go for it; otherwise, don’t worry, you’re missing nothing.

It’s an intense yet luminous green scent, with no darkness in this Noir at all. The opening is sharp, daytime, nothing that evokes night despite the dark bottle. It’s masculine, mature, and versatile for the day; it makes an impression. Maybe a bit linear, but as it dries down it becomes more masculine with that green patchouli and that chameleon-like labdanum note across its concentrations (it’s so green it even gives the impression of moss). Performance and projection are decent in my case, and the price matches the quality. Afnan is always a good option. Tried it, but it’s not for teens or sweet tastes; it’s a classic green updated for today. Edit: Tested side-by-side with Loewe 7 and 7 Anonyme; on the opening it reminds me briefly of the 7, and as it dries it takes on the green facet of Loewe 7 and the depth of 7 Anonyme. Even though there’s no incense here, these are curious associations that trick the brain.

SUPREMACY NOIR AFNAN: As the name suggests, this scent exudes authority, respect, and leadership, making it perfect for the workplace. It has that herbal, mentholated vibe reminiscent of eucalyptus—a freshness that transports you to a forest walk on a cold day, transitioning from green to earthy and woody notes. It’s elegant, sophisticated, and serious, radiating power. This isn’t for young guys; it’s for men aged 30 to 40 who are in charge. It pairs ideally with a suit thanks to its crisp, clean freshness. Unlike others, I don’t find it sexy or sensual for dates; it’s too somber. Its best use is strictly professional—it’s the kind of fragrance Dr. Hannibal Lecter would wear in the series. Not really for summer or winter, but a great daily office scent. It has mature style and elegance. Scent: 8.0. Projection: moderate, about 3 hours. Longevity: 8 hours. Recommended.

It’s an intense but luminous green scent, without darkness in this Noir. The opening is sharp and daytime, nothing that evokes night, despite the dark bottle. It’s masculine, mature, and versatile for the day; it stands out, perhaps a bit linear, but as it dries it becomes more masculine with that green patchouli and that chameleon-like labdanum note. It’s so green it gives the idea of moss. Performance and projection are correct, price matches the quality. Afnan is always a good option. Tested, but it’s not for teenagers or sweet tastes; it’s a classic green brought to the present day. Edit: tested side-by-side with Loewe 7 and 7 Anonimo; in the opening it reminds me of the 7, and as it dries it combines the green part of Loewe 7 with the depth of 7 Anonimo, with no hints of incense, curious associations for the nose.

I met a girl and we agreed to go out. For that day, I washed the car and put a fresh pine air freshener to make a good impression. A friend had gifted me this perfume and I hadn’t used it, so I thought it was the perfect occasion. When I went to her house, I noticed that my body odor and the car’s smell were almost identical; anyone without a refined nose would say it was the same fragrance. I was on the same aromatic frequency with over 90% similarity. When she arrived, she said: ‘your car smells so good’. I didn’t know what to say and didn’t want to admit that that smell was coming from me. We had a great time and at the end she left thinking the smell was from the car. Now I don’t know whether to change the air freshener or the girl.

Just got it. The scent is pleasant but reminds me of Encre Noire Sport. If you have that one, I don’t recommend buying ASN (ENS seems like a marvel to me). Not a blind buy and definitely not youthful, though it is nighttime-oriented, good for a gathering with friends or a partner. It could also work for a nearly formal event. It doesn’t seem like a daily wear scent, but everyone’s different. It lasted me over 8 hours on clothes, maybe 6 on skin. I suggest spraying it discreetly; it’s not the type of scent where you want to drench yourself, it can get heavy. My whole opinion is based on very hot weather; clearly, in a cooler place my opinion could change for the better in every way.

I bought a bottle of Bottega Veneta Pour Homme Extreme and it smells exactly like this, but Afnan lasts longer on the skin and has better projection. It used to be my favorite and I had a lot to say about it, but it won me over in the first hour, haha. I was in a bad mood, put it on, and it completely changed my day. I had meetings with clients who always ask about perfumes, and now they’re all talking about it. I don’t know if it’s my pH, but it fits me incredibly well. For me, it’s a 10/10: elegant, intimate, versatile for night, casual, or formal. Long-lasting, delivers, smells original, the bottle is nice, and it leaves a trail.

It’s far from being a Beasmode, but its performance is excellent. I feel the natural scent, nothing synthetic. The price is very good; I compared several websites and bought it on esenzalia for 30 pesos, which is where I always end up. The objective part is said. Subjectively, I love it: it’s elegant, masculine, and pleasant. I’d use it for outings and work meetings to project confidence. Will I get compliments? I don’t know, with no fragrance have I ever gotten them, but I guess I’m just ugly.

Acqua di Gio Profumo without the aquatic part. The opening brings me memories of Tsar, Jazz, Safari, or even Polo Green, modernized with a resinous sweetness that strongly recalls the incense of the original Profumo, becoming more intense as it dries. It turned out very rich and interesting. These are scents that surprise in times full of lavenders and confit essences.

No, Bojko, this doesn’t smell anything like Encre Noire Sport. It’s more similar to Gucci Guilty Black. It’s fresh, aromatic, green, with a woody touch. I don’t see it as bad for daily use, but this fragrance doesn’t have anything special about it.
Manwel
This fragrance embodies everything that, in my opinion, a made man and an elegant gentleman should smell like. It’s not friendly, but neither is it unbearable; it’s like saying, ‘I’m here, come on in, but don’t be too funny.’

This fragrance is the definition of a made man and elegant. It’s not friendly, but neither is it unbearable; it’s like a clear message: ‘I’m here, come on, but don’t be too funny’.

Does anyone notice that the dry down base is identical to Profumo? That patchouli seems worked exactly the same. (Note, only when it dries).
