I had zero expectations for this IRIS. Even though iris isn’t listed in the notes, I figured the blend would be something sweet and amber. Instead, it’s a spectacular powdery iris. As someone who loves iris scents, this is gorgeous. It smells like Xerjoff’s IRISSS but way more powdery. Projection and longevity aren’t the best, but it’s a keeper. 10/10 if you love iris.
This is an easy fragrance for everyone and any occasion. With a floral focus, it gains interest from that vibrant spicy touch right from the start. There’s a freshness I can’t quite place—it’s not menthol, but citrusy. The opening projects a ton for a few seconds before fading out completely. Longevity on skin is acceptable, but performance is too weak for social use.
It smells about 90% like Double Blue by Bharara.
