About Season One
Season One by Benjamin Vicuña: A Woody Aromatic Scent for the Modern Man
Benjamin Vicuña, known for his versatile style, launched his first fragrance, Season One, in 2021. This offering presents itself as a fresh and elegant blend within the woody aromatic olfactory family, designed for the man who wants to stand out without being loud.
The scent pyramid of Season One opens with a vibrant top of fennel, southernwood, and anise, delivering a herbaceous and slightly spicy touch. These initial notes create an immediate sense of freshness, almost Mediterranean, that invites you to lean in.
This fragrance is aimed at men aged 25 to 45 who appreciate fresh yet structured scents, seeking a daily aroma with character. It's perfect for those who enjoy herbal and woody notes without being overwhelming.
Season One is a safe bet for the man who desires a distinctive fragrance without being eccentric. Its evolution is pleasant, from the initial freshness to a warm base, and its performance is solid. A good entry into the world of niche fragrances with an accessible touch.

It was a gift from a guy who knows nothing about fragrances. When I smelled it, I found it very common, in the sense that I had smelled it before. I spent three months thinking about what it could be, and then it clicked: it smells like 212 VIP Black, but with a faster drydown. It’s a sweet, spicy, fruity scent.
