It was so hard to find when it was discontinued, but now that I have it, I’m more than happy. It’s a very special perfume: at first, it’s fresh and very green, transporting you to a Greek field on a summer morning. Over time, it shifts to floral, with exquisite jasmine, a juicy orchid, and I think cyclamen too, as if the field suddenly bloomed. Finally, a perfect sweetness arrives with tonka bean and vanilla, with a woody touch. Definitely for summer, fresh yet sweet; it seems like a marvel, the scent of a Greek goddess.
I loved this fragrance: fresh and elegant. It’s such a shame it’s discontinued; I hope they bring it back or I can find an identical substitute. It was perfect, except that to get that scent and longevity, you had to apply a lot, so the bottle didn’t last long. Still, it was one of my favorites.
Out of all I’ve tried, this was my absolute favorite. I can’t find it anywhere anymore, what a pity. I hope they launch something similar; I’d buy it instantly.
A great 90s perfume and one of my favorites. I still don’t understand why the men’s version is still sold and not this one. A few years ago I managed to get a new bottle but it was already oxidized, a real shame. Fresh and fruity, a true classic.
A 90s classic and one of my favorites. I don’t get why they still sell the men’s version instead of this one. I managed to get a bottle years ago, but it was already oxidized, what a shame. It smells like fresh fruit.
A wonderful trip back in time to an unforgettable decade. A perfume that reminds me of amazing moments, friends who are no longer here, endless nights where the queen was darkness, real music, and the urge to eat the world. Precious nights squeezed to the maximum, where everything was about enjoying melodies, friends, loves that drove you crazy, and forgetting the week’s bad parts. And there was her and this perfume. Describing this emotion, even though so much time has passed and our paths diverged, it still manages to move me. I was in love with everything about her, from how she spoke to how she smoked a cigarette. When her lips first touched mine with Sculpture by Marc, I felt like the protagonist of a fairy tale and nothing else existed. I felt a knot in my stomach, a racing heart, extraordinary happiness. The magic of this perfume, with a warm opening, subtly floral and fruity, before turning into a sweet vanilla cheesecake. In my opinion, it’s superior to the men’s version, with more natural notes, a strange blend of salty tarragon mitigated with sweet fruits. It seems to jump from place to place as it settles on the skin. It’s not unpleasant, but different. You can tell it’s like a lemon falling into whipped cream with green twigs, slightly floral, powdery, and dry, but all moderate and harmonious. Towards the end, a light and warm sweetness with lots of vanilla sugar. The dry-down is warm, rich, and full of ylang-ylang, like being wrapped in soft sheets, offering sweet and sparkling freshness. Performance is 8-10 hours, noticeable until the very end. If you find a version from 1994-2000, you’ll love it. Don’t forget it’s totally feminine, nothing unisex; in my case, it’s amazing to discover how a perfume can make you relive lost sensations.
I’d never heard anything like it, and based on the notes, I wouldn’t have expected much, but I bought it right when it hit the market and used it drop by drop for special nights. I guess it suited me, because people praised it a lot. I didn’t think of switching until they discontinued it and Duende took its place (which I also adore, though it didn’t last long). I see it as moderate on the bottle, but I don’t know why; it was powerful, the kind where you walk into a room and someone shouts ‘you smell amazing’ from two meters away. Luckily, my friends were also wearing their own perfumes from other eras, haha. As for longevity… it lasted an entire night out (when people still smoked) and the next day it was still there, not just on clothes but on the skin too. Personally, I don’t bother with the notes because I’m a perfume newbie. To me, it’s just a beautiful aura that wraps around you, something like One Thousand and One Nights, but green and golden rather than blue. Herbal and yellow it smells like. The Apollonian and blue vibe of the presentation doesn’t quite fit, but it’s a beauty, nothing like most of what’s out there today. They took care of every little detail, both inside and out. It’s a shame that the ones I can find now are already fading; time doesn’t forgive.
I’d never heard anything like it (not even La Perla), and based on the notes alone, I wouldn’t have been drawn to it. But I bought it the moment I got out, used it sparingly for special nights, and somehow it just worked—I got tons of compliments. I didn’t think of using anything else until it was discontinued, replaced by Duende (which I also adore, though it didn’t last long either). They list it as moderate, but I don’t know why; it was powerful. You’d walk into a room and someone would shout from two meters away, ‘Wow, you smell amazing.’ Luckily, my friends were wearing their own scents from another era, haha. As for longevity… it lasted an entire night out (back when people actually smoked) and the next day it was still there, not just on my clothes but on my skin too. Personally, I wouldn’t bother analyzing its notes because I’m a perfume newbie. To me, it’s just a beautiful aura that wraps around you. Something like One Thousand and One Nights, but a green and golden aura, if you’ll allow me to say so, rather than blue. Herbaceous and yellow, that’s what it smells like. The Apollonian and blue vibe of the bottle, like so many times, doesn’t quite match the scent, but it’s still a masterpiece, nothing like what’s out there today. They paid attention to every tiny detail, both inside and out. It’s a shame that the ones I can find now are already fading; time doesn’t forgive.
I don’t understand how this masterpiece disappeared while they keep the men’s version. If I imagine a Greek island in the Aegean, this is the scent that best captures it; we’re not talking about citrus freshness, but classical Greece—the birthplace of democracy, harmonious architecture, and great art. I’ve picked up two beautiful miniatures that I’ll keep like diamonds to smell occasionally and transport myself to a mythical culture.
For those wondering why they sell the men’s version and not the women’s: it’s simple supply and demand. We buy the men’s because we like it, even if the scent lasts only a couple of seconds. It makes a great gift, smells good, the bottle looks nice, and the performance is solid despite the price. It’s a shame that women’s perfumes are the ones most often discontinued compared to men’s, for the reasons I’ve already stated.
