Another spectacular perfume from this brand, thanks to darkbeat’s generosity! My nose finds a gorgeous, refined, and elegant rose—yes, perhaps a bit more feminine, but that doesn’t bother me 😊. It’s totally different from the roses I’ve tried: sweet and spicy, making it super versatile. It has the elegant touch for daily wear and the office, plus that intense, sexy sweetness from the cinnamon and patchouli, perfect for night outs and special occasions. I love it so much that, like with Orecieux, I’m thinking of buying the whole collection, even though buying roses wasn’t on my plan! But these aren’t your typical old-school roses; every time I think about it, I’m more convinced they deserve a spot in my collection. Scent: 10, Longevity: 8, Sillage: 7.5, Value: 10, Versatility: 8, Overall: 8.5.

Another gem from this brand, thanks to darkbeat’s generosity. My nose detects a beautiful, refined, and elegant rose; yes, perhaps a bit more feminine, but I don’t mind 😊. The truth is, it’s a totally different rose from the ones I’ve tried: sweet and spiced, making it super versatile. It has that elegant touch perfect for everyday wear and the office, and that sweet, intense, sexy note of cinnamon and patchouli for night outs. I love it so much that, like with Orecieux, I’m thinking of buying a couple of bottles… and that’s despite having no plan to buy rose perfumes! But these aren’t your typical roses. Every time I think about it, I’m more convinced they have a secure spot in my collection. Scent: 10, Longevity: 8, Sillage: 7.5, Value: 10, Versatility: 8, Overall: 8.5

  3. Roses des Sables is a gorgeous, elegant, and super feminine rose, though it dries down to something more unisex without losing that chic vibe that traditional men might find tricky—but if you have an open mind, it’s a perfect match. The official notes are just the main chords; the full experience includes: top with Turkish Rose, black currant, and raspberry; heart of cinnamon, rose absolute, clove, and incense; base of patchouli, sandalwood, white musk, and Cambodian oud. From start to finish, it’s a splendid yet delicate rose, set in nuances that sound monotonous but are actually multifaceted: shifting from green and sweet tones to powdery, fresh, woody, and spicy accents, creating a vintage, refined floral. The opening is a maximally powdery, elegant, vintage rose; I didn’t detect the fruits, just a slight sweetness leaning more toward cinnamon. Gradually, the powder fades, revealing a fresher, velvety rose with a woody, musky base—slightly earthy but always floral, super distinguished and sophisticated. The dry down is similar to the heart but with more depth: an impeccable, selective rose for a woman of clear taste and elegance. It lasts incredibly long, about 8–9 hours on my skin, with notable projection at first that settles into a nice skin scent; excellent performance for the price. Ideal for cool and temperate climates, day or night, though it’s especially special for romantic dates or formal events; wearing it daily would be a waste. I loved it, but it’s too feminine for me. If you’re a woman who loves classic powdery roses, buy it—you won’t regret it. It’s a beautiful rose at an amazing price.

  4. Roses des Sables is a gorgeous, elegant, and super feminine rose; while it becomes slightly unisex as it dries, it always retains that exquisite feminine vibe that a traditional man might struggle with, but if you have an open mind, it’s fantastic. The listed notes are the main chords, but not the whole story: opening with Turkish Rose, black currant, and raspberry; heart of cinnamon, absolute rose, clove, and incense; base of patchouli, sandalwood, white musk, and Cambodian oud. From start to finish, it’s an elegant and splendid rose—feminine and delicate, set in nuances that, while it might seem one-dimensional, is actually multifaceted: green, sweet, musky, fresh, woody, and spicy tones, creating a vintage and refined floral. The opening is an intensely musky, elegant, vintage rose; I didn’t notice the fruits, just a subtle sweet undertone that leans more toward cinnamon. Gradually, the musk fades, revealing a fresher, velvety rose with a woody and musky base, slightly earthy but always floral, super distinguished and well-bred. The drydown is similar to the mid-stage but with more depth: an impeccable, refined, and selective rose for a woman of clear taste. Performance is very good, lasting 8 to 9 hours on my skin, with notable projection at first and then close-to-skin sillage, which is remarkable for the price. Ideal for cold and temperate climates, day or night, though it’s especially special for romantic dates or formal events; wearing it daily would be a waste. I loved it, but it’s not for me since it’s so feminine; if you’re a woman who loves classic musky roses, buy it, you won’t regret it—it’s a beautiful rose at an amazing price.
