I used this when I was a teenager and it was one of my favorite scents back then, but I stopped seeing it in physical stores until a few months ago when I rediscovered it. The scent is exactly as I remembered, with that dominant cinnamon surrounded by citrus notes and a musky touch. I’ve read on some blogs that this fragrance is a dupe or resembles Britney Spears’ Hidden Fantasy, which has been on my wishlist for a while but I’ve never had the chance to try, so I’m not sure if it’s true that it’s similar to Psychedelic. I’ve been comparing the notes of both, and it seems many do coincide. Does anyone have an opinion on this?
The other day, while walking through Mercadona, I found it in the perfume section. I bought it the moment I saw it. Now it comes in a smaller glass bottle with little plastic cherries on top. It brings back such good memories; it’s one of those great value perfumes (like Britney Spears’ Fantasy) that are worth having in your collection. I love that sweet cinnamon scent; I’m so glad they brought it back. <3
This one was actually similar to Nina Ricci’s Delice d’Epices. The current version doesn’t even come close! PS: No, it doesn’t resemble Hidden Fantasy. Hidden is much more citrusy and psychedelic, while the old version was creamier. The new EDT version we can find is very harsh, almost masculine, and has terrible longevity.
This was my first love’s scent. It’s a shame it’s discontinued; the new version doesn’t resemble it at all. I really hope I can smell the fragrance again, just to remember those teenage days.
This was my first perfume and the memories it brings back are endless… I still keep the bottle and the metal box like they’re gold. It was a powerful, sweet, and sexy scent. I have the new version (the current one), and while it’s a comfort to still have a bit of that era’s DNA, it’s nothing like this wonderful perfume. I also have Hidden Fantasy by Britney Spears, and it’s not even close to being the same scent or similar; it’s like saying Pokémon is the same as Digimon; nope. This scent lasted days and days. I hope to find it again.
If anyone wants to leave a review with a clone of this perfume, I’d be infinitely happy 😭😭 I still miss it so much.
