  • I tried this at a pharmacy nearby. At first, it smells like well-mixed liquor alcohol with ginger and a hint of apple, but I can’t detect the other notes. It reminds me of my old bottle of Paco Rabanne Pure XS, so it might be a clone. The performance is terrible: after just three blocks walking home, I could barely smell it on my own skin. It’s a sexy, slightly synthetic scent, but you shouldn’t expect much for the price. It’s ideal for going out at night if you dare to spray it 10 times upfront and carry the bottle to reapply every hour.

  • First of all, the name is Be Insane, the latest proposal from Pacha Ibiza. It’s another clone from the Puig galaxy, in this case of Pure XS. As is customary, performance in longevity, projection, and sillage isn’t good, though it’s among the best: 3 hours of longevity, low projection or skin scent. It’s pleasant and reasonably synthetic. The myrrh, ginger, and earthy vetiver notes dominate. I like that they use distilled drink notes to mask the alcohol. I must highlight that they improved the atomizer compared to others; while not great, it’s an advance that gives some control. In short, a good option for home and informal outings, abusing the atomizer. In Argentina, the price is ridiculous, lower than most national brands. Scent: 6 Longevity: 4 Sillage: 3 Versatility: 6 Price/Product: 7.

  • To start, it’s called Be Insane, the latest from Pacha Ibiza. It’s another clone from the Puig galaxy, this time of Paco Rabanne’s Pure XS. As usual, longevity, projection, and sillage aren’t the best, though it’s among the better ones: 3 hours of longevity, with low or skin-close projection. It’s pleasant and reasonably synthetic. I like that they use distilled beverages to mask the alcohol smell. I must note they improved the atomizer; now it offers some control. Overall, it’s a good option for home and informal outings if you abuse the spray. In Argentina, the price is ridiculous, lower than most domestic options. As others have said, it’s very similar to Paco Rabanne’s Pure XS, but at this price, who cares if it’s synthetic? It performs less for me than the original. Pure XS is my favorite for summer outings. Without a doubt, this Pacha is one of the ones I use most; people always compliment it. It’s bold, sexy, youthful, and party-ready. It fulfills its purpose.

As others have said, it smells a lot like Paco Rabanne’s Pure XS, but at this price, who cares if it’s synthetic or original? It performs a bit less for me than the one it imitates. Pure XS is my favorite for going out at night in the summer. Without a doubt, this Pacha one is one of the ones I use most. People always compliment it. It’s bold, sexy, youthful, and party-ready. It fulfills its purpose.

“A limited-time Pure XS.” It’s true that it smells VERY similar, but I don’t complain about the low longevity; it serves me well for these winter days when I just need to go to the supermarket, walk the dog, or pay a bill. Putting on something expensive and long-lasting is useless if my errand is just 30 minutes at the grocery store. That’s where this shines: after 2 hours, it’s skin-close, and it projects strongly for only 30 to 45 minutes, but watch out! Those minutes it projects are strong. Here in Argentina, it costs between 4 and 7 dollars. It has 80 to 90% of the Pure XS DNA. I own the original, and testing them side-by-side, they are extremely similar. Pros: Similarity to a great fragrance, perfect for short winter outings, smells mid-range, and gets compliments. Maybe because it’s not massified for daily wear, Pure XS is used almost exclusively at night. Cons: Smells like a “party animal” and can be very loud on hot days or in small offices. Scent: 8 Value/Quality: 8 (for short outings) Longevity: 2 Projection: 2 Versatility: 4. Note: Ideal for strategic short outings in the cold or mild nights.

“A limited-time Pure XS.” It’s very similar, but I don’t complain about the low longevity; it serves me for winter days, going to the supermarket, walking the dog, or paying a quick bill. It’s ideal for 30-minute errands: after 2 hours it’s skin scent and projects strongly only for 30 to 45 minutes. It costs between $4 and $7 in Argentina. It has 80-90% of Pure XS’s DNA. Pros: Similarity to a great fragrance, good for short winter outings, gets compliments. Cons: Party-like scent, can be loud in warm days or small offices. Scent: 8/10 Quality: 8/10 (short outings) Longevity: 2/10 Projection: 2/10 Versatility: 4/10. Ideal for short strategic outings in the cold. I rate price/quality at 8/10.

  • It’s not masculine; it’s unisex. I love it because my boyfriend wears the Original Pure XS by Paco Rabanne, and it smells exactly the same. You can really smell the ginger, vodka, and myrrh. It seems sensual and a good budget copy.

  • Miireyaps

I wouldn’t say this perfume is masculine; it’s unisex. I love it because my boyfriend has the original Paco Rabanne Pure XS, and it smells exactly the same. The ginger, benzoin, and especially the myrrh are very noticeable. It seems very sensual and a good economical copy.

  • Nowhere near Pure XS… It’s much fresher, with tart green apple and vodka notes, like those flavored Absolut shots at bars. It never warms up like the reviews claim. It projects literally 5 to 10 minutes and lasts 2 to 3 hours on skin if you’re looking for more. Not worth it, unless you’re just going to buy bread. For the price, there are other options; even a few AXE bottles give better value.

  • This perfume is nowhere near “identical” to Pure XS… This one is much fresher, with a predominant tart green apple and the vodka always present… Almost like those flavored Absolut shots from clubs… It never stabilizes into a warm fragrance… Projection lasts literally 5 to 10 minutes, and then on the skin, maybe 2 to 3 hours if you’re exaggerating and hunting for it… It’s not worth it, unless you want a fragrance (which isn’t that rich either) just to go buy bread… And you might say “for the price,” but honestly, there are other options in that range… I’d even say buy a few bottles of AXE for what this costs, and they’ll perform better…

I wear it at home while watering plants; if I go out to the dog park or the local market, I reapply. Longevity and projection are very low; it’s good for summer daytime; in winter, it disappears completely within an hour.

  • It’s rich, but it lasts very little, max 2 hours. Its greatest virtue is the price. Although they say it’s similar to Pure XS, it’s not a clone, just an inspiration. Is it recommended? No, don’t buy it blindly; it’s hard to find a use for. Only for cold summer-early spring nights; in fall-winter it might work, but it creates a heavy bubble despite its shortness.

  • Pleasant scent, though in my area people don’t usually wear this type of aroma. With ten sprays, it projects well, always best for cold weather or summer nights. In my country, it costs about $8, and for that price, it’s quite good.

  • JuanMa2412

It does its job: pleasant, nocturnal, and non-invasive. Perfect for clubs or going out; it’s warm and friendly, sticks to the skin without projecting much, but it delivers. Would I buy it again? No, there are similar options at a similar price with better performance. It has a good note balance, but it’s not worth repurchasing.

  • Alfredo Salvatierra

It blew me away on the first day. I sprayed it at 7 PM and it still smelled strong the next day, which is unusual for fresh fragrances. Given its affordable price and similarity to Pure XS, it’s a quality-price gem. Although it can get boring over time and the longevity drops if not worn well at night, for how cheap it is, it feels like something much more expensive. Delicious, non-invasive, and fresh; if you know how to use it, the longevity is acceptable. I recommend it for that incredible price.
