It’s the perfume that has gotten me the most compliments; it sticks in your memory because it’s truly unique. I really recommend it: buy a 10ml decant to capture a great moment at an event. With just two sprays, the trail is spectacular, it’s not overpowering, and it evolves beautifully through citrus, apple, and floral notes. It doesn’t fade, lasting until the next day, and on scarves during cold weather, it lingers forever. Don’t overuse it; it’s an incredible olfactory memory.

Oligarch is the best fougère in the world and one of the finest perfumes on the planet. Don’t let anyone scare you; it doesn’t smell like a barbershop or have harsh accords. On the contrary, its masculinity is bright, elegant, and luminous, thanks to citrus and an aniseed lavender that is pure delight, paired with a subtle, polished vetiver. The ingredients are so well blended that they create a unique aroma. Ideal for elegant occasions and all year round, though better suited for temperate or warm climates. It leaves an unmistakable trail with longevity over 7 hours. For men over 30. 10/10.

Totally agree with @Papatoro. I have a decant, and honestly, if Dior is the elegance of autumn/winter, Oligarch is the elegance of spring/summer. It’s designed for black-tie events and important gatherings. It has a super subtle, refined powdery touch that gives it gravitas. These are special fragrances for special moments where you’ll be the center of attention; I can’t imagine wearing it without a tie. It conveys cordiality, respect, and charisma without trying too hard. It’s like a successful person who doesn’t need to show it off because you can already smell it.
Olfactory Memories
Roja, that ‘premium’ high perfumery house (not niche), brings true masterpieces to the market like this perfume, or excellent compositions priced like unicorn blood like Haute Luxe or Diaghilev. Oligarch is a tremendously elegant composition with character and gravitas. For those who haven’t heard of it, imagine a base like Terre d’Hermes, minus the harsh tone, keeping its greenery and woody touch, adding a luminous citrus note, and delicately adorned with florals. It’s spectacular, incredibly refined, and well-rounded. For me, it’s in the top 3 of the best fragrances for spring/summer.
SMAUG
The scent is regal, if niche, and very pleasant, but not very potent; rather, it’s light. The phases change, though I distinguish the opening more: it’s citrusy and versatile, even casual. I think it’s a good option for formal, casual, or romantic dates. It’s not playful; it has character and is distinctive despite being citrusy and moderately potent. It’s noticeable from a couple of meters away, and in my opinion, it’s more for men than women. It has a slight bite from the citrus and woods with a semi-spiced touch. Its presentation and complexity make it unique. I give it almost a ten, only that it doesn’t last as long as I want on my skin: it penetrates for two hours and then fades quickly, perhaps lasting 4 hours. I recommend it for citrus lovers.
