  Another gem from DS & Durga, one of my all-time favorites from the brand. It’s a balsamic oud, sometimes floral, sometimes camphoraceous, with a very deep animal base, always shifting. All the notes blend in a way that doesn’t remind me of any other oud (or perfume) on the market. Ouds are usually masculine, but I feel this one is unisex. Great work.

  Third perfume from the house and what a great find: saffron, oud, and a moderate animal touch. Absolutely bombastic! In the heart, it turns balsamic with lavender and rose, softening and sweetening it until the very end. It’s powerful at first, drops down after an hour, and leaves you in a pleasant personal bubble. Ideal for cool days, with a masculine profile. On my skin, it lasts over 10 hours. Perfect for elegant dressing or with a leather jacket, for people over 30. Scent: 9.5/10, Sillage: 8.5/10, Projection: 8/10, Longevity: 8.5/10.

  It’s a complex fragrance, ideal if you’re ready to step out of your comfort zone of fresh or spicy scents. It opens with dominant saffron and oud, accompanied by lavender and a very subtle animal touch that gives it a medicinal vibe. The first time, with just one drop, it smelled like clean leather, which was strange. But with more application (12 drops), everything opens up: that leather sensation comes from the civet. Over time, the rose and lavender come alive, the saffron fades in intensity, and it leaves a balsamic, musky trail with that bitter caramel sweetness I love so much. I agree with Landberk70: it’s the perfect companion for a leather jacket, and if you’re looking for a layer, try Swiss Arabian’s Oud 74. It smells more masculine than feminine to me, so test it before buying.
