  Noir is one of my favorites from the Ciel perfumes (my absolute favorite is Nuit). It’s intense, sweet, and dark. The opening is dense and sharp at first, but settles down after about 15 minutes. It’s not very masculine, but it’s one of my favorite unisex scents. It lasts about 5 hours on the skin and sticks well to clothes. The sillage is low but appropriate for the price. The only negative is the terrible atomizer; I’ve had the bottle for 4 months and now it’s clogged, requiring manual unclogging. Still, for the price, it’s not bad. Ciel perfumes are very cheap, cater to all tastes, are easy to find, and have good performance. I recommend them heaps. By the way, it’s misclassified: it’s from Fragancias Cannon, not Ciel (the French brand). Edit: I finished it after 7 months; it’s a nice, pleasant perfume. Nothing groundbreaking, but attractive and sweet. I wouldn’t buy it again because I get a bit tired of the scent, but I don’t rule out trying other brands from this line; for the price, they’re excellent.

  Good value for money. Even though it doesn’t list lactonic notes, it feels very creamy, probably due to the vanilla, which isn’t especially sweet. It’s long-lasting with a moderate sillage, ideal for winter or night. I wouldn’t recommend it for hot days because it can feel dense. Unlike other budget options in this line, you don’t smell the alcohol upon spraying. It’s sweet, elegant, and has great body. Worth a try.

  I love this perfume and it has excellent value for money. It shines more at night and is my favorite of the Ciel line (I want to try the Nuit, they say it’s the best). I like it because it’s quite strong and woody, though its longevity is moderate. The best part is that they are VERY affordable and easy to find. It’s a total beast.

  A friend wears this and it reminds me a lot of Paco Rabanne’s Black XS, especially because of the vanilla base mixed with iris and red fruits.

  A quite musky fragrance, sweet but not cloying, nocturnal, powerful, and strong. It’s made for a woman with character. Basically, it’s a musky raspberry with a vanilla twist and a floral touch.

  IMPORTANT: This perfume is not by Ciel Parfums; it’s by Cannon Argentina. That said, my take: it’s super sweet and hard to handle if you prefer fresh or floral scents. I’m not sure if it’s similar to or a dupe of a designer scent. The good thing about this line is that they always have testers. You can try before you buy.

  Bought it for daily wear, but the name isn’t misleading: it’s a night scent. Perfect for going out to dance or dinner. That said, I feel it doesn’t last long (about 2-3 hours on my skin). De Ciel is the best out there; I always get compliments. Not for you if you’re looking for something soft or sweet.
