I’ve fallen head over heels for this giant called Noa; I feel it will be an eternal love. I also adore its siblings. The most beautiful thing about Cacharel, and what other houses should copy, is that their special editions always maintain a very faithful relationship with the original; the variation is subtle and elegant. With Noa L’Eau, surprisingly, I don’t feel it as fresh at first—I barely notice the apple, but I do sense the peony in the mid-notes, giving it a pinkish touch, before the musk kicks in and transforms it into that mystical oriental love. Maybe L’Eau de Flamingo is fresher and more summery. The truth is, Noa is hard to analyze: the notes dance and blend so well that it’s impossible not to get drunk on it. About 3 hours after testing it, it finally smells fresher and has good longevity.

Smells fresh; you can really detect the green apple with a sweet blackcurrant touch, ending with peony. Ideal for summer, though nothing else.

You smell the classic Noa in the musk, very oriental. After a while, a powdery or earthy scent emerges. It’s warm.
