It smells weird, like my mom’s shaggy leather sofa from 40 years ago in that living room you only entered for guests, like a museum, with old furniture. It doesn’t smell bad; quite the opposite, it smells aged. Nothing explains it better…
I bought the full Monocline collection (01, 02, and 05), and here’s what you need to know: Monocline 05 is the only one of the three I absolutely don’t recommend. This fragrance is so difficult it actually makes me feel repulsed. Especially when it dries down, it smells off, like cat urine. A hard-to-describe scent. Repulsive. P.S.: I wrote the corresponding review for each of the three perfumes.
I tried the full Monocline collection (01, 02, and 05), and here’s the deal: 05 is the only one I absolutely do not recommend. It’s one of those scents that just makes you gag, especially when it dries down—it smells like cat urine. Hard to explain, but utterly repulsive.
