Does anyone know if Luna Legado is the same as Luna Forza?
Here in Argentina it’s Luna Legado and the bottle looks like Luna Rubí or Intenso. I already bought it, waiting for my husband to bring it home. The notes promise: an opening with plum that I like, and an interesting floral blend. If the base had incense or myrrh, it would be a classic oriental. Still, it must have depth: patchouli, amber, coffee, coumarin, moss, or vetiver… I can’t wait to have it. Hopefully it lives up to its name in Brazil, ‘Força’. The slogan says it transcends time; I’m thinking of a perfume with lots of personality. I don’t think it will surpass my beloved Luna Rubí, but Verônica Kato is a great perfumer, so I trust her. When it arrives, I’ll test it on skin and write a review. Cheers.
Just arrived and it’s a lovely scent! Intense and sweet. On the sample strip, I felt it very similar to La Nuit Tresor by Lancome, but on skin it’s totally different. I’d definitely wear it in fall/winter.
I tried it at a Natura store. It’s a super sweet and rich perfume. It immediately reminded me of CHER 18 and SCANDAL. Cheers.
@nandynna is the Luna Legado in Argentina.
Super rich, sweet, and hugging. The sweet, fruity opening is wonderful; in the dry-down it resembles other ‘grandma-style’ Lunas, but overall it’s a great perfume. It has vibes of La Nuit Tresor without being as similar as Luna Absoluta. I don’t feel it references Scandal, which I can’t stand, and this Luna is very pleasant.
Super rich, sweet, and huggable. The sweet, fruity opening is marvelous; once it dries down, it resembles other ‘grandma-style’ Lunas, but overall, it smells delicious. It has vibes of La Nuit Tresor without copying it as much as the Luna Absoluta does. I don’t feel it reminds me of Scandal, which I can’t stand; this Luna is very pleasant.
Edit: I tested it again yesterday and it’s a gem! Maybe what reminded me of Luna Radiante was that patchouli with orange blossom, but then it takes a different turn: much fruitier and honeyed. I fell in love and bought it. It’s not an overwhelming scent; it’s wearable if you like sweetened fruits, but not childish—it’s a blend of fruits resting on a sweet, resinous base. Very delicate and refined. I tried it at Natura in Peru: at first, it was very sweet and cloying, but as it dried down, it reminded me of Luna Radiante with those unmistakable orange blossom and patchouli notes. If you already own Radiante, this might not be strictly necessary.
Edit: I tested it again yesterday and it’s a gem! Maybe what reminded me of L. Radiante was that patchouli with neroli, but then it takes another path: much fruitier and honeyed. I fell in love and bought it. It doesn’t smell like an overwhelming scent; it’s wearable if you like sweetened fruits, not childish ones, but fruits resting on a sweet, resinous base. Very delicate and refined. I tested it at Natura (Peru): the opening was super sweet and cloying, but as it dried, it reminded me of Luna Radiante with its unmistakable neroli and patchouli. If you have Radiante, maybe this isn’t strictly necessary.
Wow!!!! It’s the only Luna I absolutely love!!!! It’s exquisite!!!! *.* In Argentina it’s called Luna Legado and comes in a small bottle like the Luna Intenso, very practical. It smells of super-sweetened flowers with juicy fruits, a precious sweetness but not gourmand. It has the perfect patchouli: soft, balanced, no harsh hit like in other unbearable flankers. The woods and amber give it elegance for non-hot seasons. Longevity: incredible, like all Natura EDPs. Delicate floral and very fruity. AMOOOOOOOOOO ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Wow! This is the only Luna I absolutely love—it’s truly exquisite! In Argentina, it’s called Luna Legado and comes in a small, practical bottle similar to the Intenso version. It smells of super-sweet flowers paired with juicy fruits; a lovely sweetness that isn’t gourmand. The patchouli is perfect: soft, balanced, and without that harsh punch found in others. The woods and amber add elegance, making it ideal for non-summer days. The longevity is incredible, just like all Natura EDPs. It’s a delicate floral with a very fruity twist. I love it! ❤️
Some days it smells super patchouli-heavy, old-lady-like, a suffocating horror… and other days it’s super fruity and sweet in the perfect dose. I don’t know why that sweetened fruity note reminds me of Mugler’s Angel Elixir (they share notes), but this one adds more fruits and patchouli. Whatever, I’ll leave it simmering on my vanity.
Some days it smells super patchouli-like and old-ladyish, a suffocating horror… and other days it smells super fruity and sweet at the perfect dosage. I don’t know why that fruity, honeyed sweetness reminds me so much of Mugler’s Angel Elixir; checking the notes, they share everything, and this fragrance adds more fruits and patchouli. I don’t know, I’ll just leave it here teasing my dolls.
I absolutely loved this Luna! It’s a delight for intermediate seasons according to my nose and tastes. I wish it had more staying power after the first few hours. It’s a cozy scent that opens with sparkling fruity notes, features very balanced florals in the heart, and closes with a perfect mix of woods, accompanied by that wonderful honeyed amber-beni and vanilla. It feels like a silky, delicate hug; I love this warm, sweet aroma. It reminds me a bit of Scandal, like a distant cousin but much more understated. An excellent addition to my Luna collection!
I LOVED THIS LUNA! A delight for intermediate seasons according to my nose. I wish it lasted longer after the first few hours. It’s cozy: opens with sparkling fruits, very balanced flowers in the heart, and closes with a perfect combo of woods, benzoin-amber, vanilla, and a honeyed touch. A sticky yet delicate hug. I love that warm, sweet dry-down; it reminds me of Scandal, like a distant cousin but more discreet. Excellent addition to my Luna collection.
Luna Legado (here called Força) is my first ‘no’ from the brand, no offense intended. It just doesn’t work for me; it smells like a muddled mix of sticky fruits, wood, and wet patchouli that don’t blend well, like two poorly matched perfumes layered on top of each other. I only detect wet patchouli, sticky fruits, balms, wood, and wax. I guess it’s meant for fall/winter, casual-formal wear. I hate to say it, but it’s a pass for now. It’s similar to and different from others: it has that medicinal, wet patchouli from Verônica Kato (like in Luna Rose), the dense woodiness of Kriska, and the spicy touch of Luna Rubí. Nothing like Gaultier’s Scandal, which to me is warm, sensual honey. Longevity: good, about 5-6 hours, though I couldn’t test it properly. Ideal for girls who can handle high notes.
