Loewe 7 Natural by Loewe is an aromatic woody fragrance for men. Launched in 2012, this composition features the freshness of bitter orange and yuzu in its top notes. The heart reveals a spicy character with incense, black pepper, and pink pepper, while the base settles on vetiver, cedar, and musk, signed by the house's perfumer.

To my nose, 7 Natural is more citrusy but not softer than the original; orange takes the lead and smells great. In my opinion, it’s more masculine and long-lasting. The test strip still smells after 4 days (though it’s not the same on skin, try before buying). It’s for natural, cheerful, and jovial men. I bought it as a gift looking for something citrusy, aromatic, and with a special touch, and it delivers. I’m sure it will be a hit.
A fragrance that surprises you. I went to the perfumerie to try other scents, didn’t have this in mind, but the salesperson recommended it right as I was leaving. I’m sharing this because I still don’t know how to write good reviews. It’s very fresh, ideal for spring and summer (day and night). Very distinguished; anyone wearing it won’t go unnoticed. It’s unique and distinguished, though in the dry down, after several hours, it resembles Boss Bottled quite a bit.
I love the blend that emerges a few minutes after application: citrus and incense. An unusual combination that gives it distinction, far from typical summer or sporty fresh scents. The incense is very subtle, nothing intrusive compared to the original 7.

One of my favorites for its delicious citrus freshness. It’s the fresh, elegant version of its older sister. I love Loewe products; they’re really good. Highly recommended if you’re looking for freshness with great longevity and projection. Every time I wear it, I get compliments. If someone asks for a long-lasting citrus scent, this is the first I recommend. I like the yuzu note, so I’ll try the Issey Miyake one soon. P.S.: Tried it today and didn’t like it; they seem to have overdone the ingredient, too bitter for my taste.

Smells like tangerine with mineral water, more citrusy and aromatic than the original 7. Lasting power is medium, about 4-7 hours with a discreet trail. The incense is faithful to the classic, with a spicy touch and a rich woody base. It reminds me of Jean Claude Ellena: watery notes that seem dissolved in water, coming and going with their own personality.
Smells like orange soda with mineral water, more citrusy and aromatic than the original 7. Lasts a medium 4-7 hours with a subtle trail. The incense stays true to the classic, featuring a spicy touch and a rich woody base. It reminds me of Jean-Claude Ellena: aquatic notes that seem dissolved in water, arriving and departing with their own personality.
I was looking for a citrus fragrance that was also long-lasting; I loved it the moment I smelled it, it smells like a very pleasant orange with a hint of incense that gives the scent more consistency and durability. Perfect, it’s exactly what I was looking for and it will be a staple for me… a very good fragrance for warm places!!!!
For me, the best perfume for warm places. Some perfumes are a bit heavy at first and then soften to leave a pleasant aroma; I love this one from the very beginning to the very end. I could wear it daily and never get tired of it. Normally, I’m not much into men’s perfumes with floral or fruity notes because I don’t find them very masculine, but this one, despite its orange scent, is very masculine. Right now, this is my favorite perfume. A 10.
Very masculine perfume with personality and a strong presence. It has a powdery touch that makes it delicious for the nose, plus very good longevity. Although woods dominate, they blend with citrus ingredients, resulting in a very youthful, very ‘natural’ fragrance as specified in the name. Highly recommended for any age since it’s a very casual and captivating scent.
Loewe 7 Natural is the Loewe 7 with a difference in the initial notes, which in the Natural version provide a bit more freshness and versatility, but only a little, because the incense eventually takes over 85% of the fragrance, making it somewhat repellent for some people. I was gradually losing my taste for the dark blue 7, so when I tried this Natural, my perception didn’t welcome it well. On blotter paper, it feels richer than on skin, as the top notes linger longer there; on skin, the incense takes excessive prominence. On the plus side, projection and longevity are quite good, very similar to the original 7, surviving two applications on my skin for a day of 35 degrees, a shower, and about 15 minutes in the pool. Scent: 6/10 at the opening, 4/10 in the dry-down. Sillage: 7.5/10. Longevity: 8/10. Versatility: 4.5/10.
This fragrance smells like Othello (the man returns), though it smells good, it brings back memories of those colognes from the 80s and 90s. Longevity and sillage are moderate. My rating is 6.5.
Citrus from start to finish. It reminds me of Versace Eau Fraiche at the beginning. Gradually, the classic Loewe 7 combo emerges: cloves and incense, pepper, and leather. It’s a rich fragrance. It makes me feel different from everyone else and mysterious. It’s becoming my personal scent along with Loewe 7 Anónimo. Sillage 6/10, longevity over 4 hours in hot humid weather, scent 10/10. Achievements: various, my girlfriend fell in love; as soon as we got home, we made love.
A lighter take on the original; personally, I liked this version more because it feels more natural, as the name suggests, fresher and sharper. It starts with a dominant bitter orange alongside the yuzu, giving it a clean, citrusy character at first, but gradually these tones recede in favor of an incense with a peppery kick that becomes more dominant as it dries down. In the dry-down, a ‘fresh’ incense dominates, with citrus nuances and that spicy touch that lingers throughout the entire duration. It’s an adult, mature, and serious perfume; fresh yet incense-laden, with potential for intermediate seasons and that conveys seriousness and professionalism. The longevity is good on my skin; highly recommended if you’re looking for a fresh incense.
Yesterday I tried Loewe 7 Natural for the second time (third if I count smelling it on someone else), and all three experiences were totally different. The first time I thought it was very weak; yesterday it was well-projected and lasted about 12 hours; on the other person, it was also powerful from a distance, not just at the start. I think now the composition actually reflects the pyramid, made only with the seven declared ingredients, all of them except the natural musk. Dior also claims ambroxan is natural in Sauvage, we all know, with their convoluted rhetoric and ambiguous, wild poetry… it’s hard to say what’s actually in it. The scent isn’t to my taste, but I think it’s a good perfume that could work well on other people or noses. The problem is always the same: it comes from a brand with a lot of filler and is cheap; two key factors that make many people not even try it. The opening gives off an Issey Homme vibe thanks to the yuzu, but it fades gradually; the bitter orange doesn’t seem to make much of an impact to me, although that blend of bitter, incense-like, spicy, and woody notes gives it a dry character. The issue is that on me, the incense dominates too much, a type that takes on strange, metallic air that can twist the nose in large quantities (though that doesn’t happen to me, I’ll mention it as a side note). Roughly speaking, you can smell all the listed notes; what I struggle with most is pinpointing the musk, it’s probably there, I just don’t know what the different musks smell like separately. What I do notice, despite the many dry notes, is a sweet and creamy touch, hard to explain, which I felt quite a bit when smelling it on the third person. I was thinking of sandalwood or something similar, but who knows, haha.
I bought the Oscar de la Renta cologne, and it has nothing in common with this Loewe 7 Natural… I’m saying this in case anyone else is tempted… what a pair of noses you two have.

I didn’t want to write this review so no one would buy it, haha, but it seems like a masterpiece by Emilio Valero: fresh, citrusy, and with celestial incense. Along with the fruits, it’s harmony for the senses. I don’t despise the original Loewe 7, which is spectacular but better for cold weather; you can wear this in summer and autumn without the incense feeling heavy. In short, a marvel of designer perfumery that smells like niche for those who want to smell different and enjoy the scent regardless of what others think.
I wasn’t going to write this unless anyone was considering buying it, but this is a masterpiece by Emilio Valero: fresh, citrusy, with a celestial incense that blends beautifully with the fruits to create an incredible harmony. It doesn’t overshadow Loewe 7, which is spectacular but better for cold weather; this one is perfect for summer and autumn without the incense feeling heavy. In short, a designer perfume masterpiece that smells niche, perfect for those who want to smell different and enjoy their scent regardless of what others think.
I bought this for my husband and I love the bottle (pity it won’t look like the photo anymore). It smells fresh at first but fades quickly, then it’s church incense or Day of the Dead incense. The best part for me is the dry down, which is rich. The only downside is the pepper makes me sneeze a lot. I consider it a good purchase because it’s different, but I wouldn’t order it again due to the sneezing. Incense isn’t for everyone, but I love it and it’s addictive. Before, I had to wait a year to smell that on altars in Mexico; now it’s in a little blue bottle (and forget about the aquatic vibe—there’s nothing watery here).
I have varied tastes because I’ve trained my nose to appreciate citrus, fruity, spicy, woody, and oriental notes. I bought the 7 Natural blind based on a review by Mexican perfumer Eduardo from Myscentjourney. The bitter orange + yuzu + incense synergy is incredible. It’s clean, fresh, elegant, and perfect. Excellent sillage and longevity. Definitely a smart purchase I want to keep. Also, they say they reformulated it with the bottle change.
Great for summer, fresh, and the citrus blends wonderfully with the incense, a surprising combination. Lasting power is acceptable and projection is low.
Very fresh and bitter opening; the yuzu isn’t as sharp as the one in Issey Miyake. Over time, it turns spicy due to pink pepper. As it dries down, what I notice most is the incense—not as heavy as the classic 7, but it’s definitely there. Anyway, an exquisite fragrance that’s unfortunately no longer sold.
I bought it today and at first it smells almost identical to the Adolfo Domínguez Citrus Cedro I owned and missed. Still, I really liked Loewe’s 7 Natural and I’ll update this as I use it more. Cheers.
Let me tell you what it smells like: bitter, a hint of soft orange, church incense, and those bitter herbs from my grandma’s farm. Nothing more.
Smells like incense with a bitter, citrusy base. It’s much fresher than the original, but the incense is still there and it gets a bit tiring with prolonged wear. The quality is excellent, without a doubt.
I absolutely love this perfume. Maybe the citrus opening isn’t my thing, but that’s just personal taste. Soon it drops the acidity for the incense with a special pepper touch (though I don’t really smell the pepper clearly). It smells fresh and clean. Good longevity and projection without being overwhelming. I recommend it only for daytime and summer, especially when it’s sunny. You need to dress elegantly for it to work well; otherwise, it can sound a bit odd. It’s gotten me spontaneous compliments, though I know not everyone will like it. It adds personality, just like the entire 7 line from Loewe. Only shame is that they’ve removed it from the catalog.
Another hit from Loewe. It’s the original 7 but lighter, packed with fruit and mineral notes, less spice and incense, and way more freshness. The opening is citrusy and noble thanks to yuzu and orange, then pepper and incense settle over the wood. Smells super masculine, gives you energy and cleanliness, serious yet elegant. Perfect for summer and spring. The trail is short but vibrant, and the longevity is long, around 8 hours. A must-have if you love incense and the 7 line.
The hype around this fragrance is out of this world… I’ve smelled it countless times because a friend owns it and wears it as their daily (I understand they’ll have to find another soon). It smells exactly like the 7 by Loewe but with an orange note that accompanies the entire life of the fragrance. Perhaps it’s slightly kinder and less intense than the 7, but for all intents and purposes, it’s the same. If you like the 7 and oranges, you’ll love this. In my opinion, it’s sweeter orange rather than bitter, with less intensity in the incense compared to the other flankers. I catch my friend’s scent from afar (the 7 collection is some of the best things Loewe has released in years). Good, but not worth paying the ridiculous prices they’re clearly charging these days…
This 7 Natural is a beast—smokes hard and you can tell. I took a blind buy risk and have zero regrets; totally worth trying new things. Many people get scared off by the incense and pepper combo for hot weather, but here it works like luxury. Same story with Agatho’s Faunus, Clive Christian’s 1872, and Amouage’s Honour Man. It starts fresh, acidic, and energizing like an infusion, then the incense and wood base kick in, lasting all day without being overpowering. Perfect for the office or casual wear; it smells clean and crisp, people will definitely ask what you’re wearing. Lasted about 10 hours, projected 1.5 meters at first, then settled to a meter. A solid 10.
I absolutely love this fragrance; it’s my signature scent alongside Agua de Loewe for extremely hot days. Fortunately, it’s not popular where I live, so compliments never run out. I adore the blend of bitter orange and incense. It’s ideal for anyone wanting to step into the niche world without going to extremes; I feel Loewe is right in the middle between designer and niche.
The Blue 7 is my favorite—it’s that niche incense vibe, perfect for winter—but this Natural 7 really surprised me. At first, it smells just like the regular version, but after five minutes, the orange takes over and the incense mellows out. It’s perfect for hot weather; it smells like those luxury soaps and creams you find in Le Labo hotel bottles. I highly recommend it for summer; most marine scents don’t last in the heat (except maybe Megamare), but citrus does, and this one adds a unique twist with the incense. 12 sprays. In warm climates, it smells different.
Does anyone else think this has nothing to do with Grey Vetiver?
Citrus opening with a strong peppery kick, but what really shines is the dry-down: a soft, spicy incense that gives it a rich, familiar character. It reminds me of the 7, so it must be popular here. Not much projection; it’s more of a personal scent for close-range wear. In short: it’s delicious and worth trying, even though I expected more potency.
I love this cologne for running—both at the start and the finish line, even the faint scent it leaves on clothes that lasts for a couple of days. Sometimes a friend comes up and says, ‘Damn, you smell great!’ But to me, it just smells like cheese and chorizo. I’ve used it since it launched, and when production stopped, I had to go to the pharmacy for baking soda and then spend half my paycheck on three bottles I found on a Portuguese website. First one in case they sent me a shoe, but since it came with the cologne and smelled the same, I went ahead and bought the other two to macerate deep in the bathroom closet, far from light and oxygen, to make them last.
It’s the best fragrance I own and the one that has connected with me the most. It’s a shame they discontinued it, and I had to pay four times more on eBay just to keep having it. It’s fresh, perfect for summer afternoons on a terrace with that special person.
This scent transports me to a very specific memory: when I was little and studied at the music conservatory in central Seville, my mother would wait for me in Plaza de la Gavidia so we could take the bus. In spring, the scent of orange blossom from the trees mixed with the incense from churches and the smell of Semana Santa bars. It was worth buying it blind just to evoke those moments.
I don’t know what notes are in it, but my nose picks up that smell of a dentist’s office or mouthwash. I sense other rich notes, but mostly that dental vibe. I got unlucky and it didn’t work with my skin.
Loewe always nails what they make, and while few notice, I own seven fragrances from the house, and this is the absolute queen: a refined citrus with a touch of quality incense.
