Les Sorbets de Bella by Nina Ricci is a fruity floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2019, this composition was created by perfumer Sonia Constant. The top notes of rhubarb, grapefruit, pomegranate, and green mandarin deliver a vibrant first impression; the heart reveals shiso, violet, and rose; while the base rests on woody notes.

I’m not sure if it’s the rhubarb and pomegranate blend, but it smells like guava to me. Objectively, it’s sweet, fruity, and fresh, but that guava scent reminds me of sweat since I was a kid, so it doesn’t work for me. Still, it’s not a bad perfume.

  • Starts strong with green fruits and rhubarb, but by the hour it becomes incredible: green apple with citrus. It’s more acidic than the regular Bella, less sweet, and super summery. After 4 or 5 hours, it leaves a fresh, talc-like trail. I recommend it only if you have the patience to let it evolve; if you judge it at first, you’ll be disappointed.

A rare perfume; it gives me as much rejection as addiction. The opening is strong, and I think that’s what makes me reject it, but as soon as it fades, it’s a unique scent you won’t find anywhere else. Particular, refreshing, green, for warm weather. Longevity is low; I need to reapply at least every two hours on my skin. On clothes, it lasts for hours. There’s nothing else that smells like it; it’s definitely different. I don’t recommend buying it blindly. Anyway, I like it a lot despite the high price and poor longevity. The bottle is beautiful, like most of the Apple editions from Nina Ricci.

It’s a weird perfume that gives me as much repulsion as addiction. The opening is strong and pushes me away, but as soon as it settles, it smells like something you won’t find anywhere else. It’s unique, refreshing, and green, perfect for hot days. The longevity is low; you need to reapply every two hours on skin, but it lasts for hours on clothes. I wouldn’t recommend buying it blindly, though I like it a lot despite the price and short longevity. The bottle is beautiful, like most of Nina Ricci’s Apple editions.

Exquisite in the top notes, but I didn’t like it at first. In the middle and dry-down, it’s delicious: green, cool, and fresh. It’s quite unisex, leaning masculine. Ideal for summer, super refreshing with woods, rhubarb, and mint. It’s the most original of the three sorbets. It lasted three or four hours on me.

The scent is rich and fresh, recommended for daytime and summer. The problem is that after a few minutes, it’s almost undetectable on my skin. I made the mistake of buying it without trying; it doesn’t adhere to me, maybe it lasts longer on others. Luckily, if I put it in my hair, it’s more noticeable. I recommend carrying it in your bag to reapply during the day.

I LOVE IT, simply. Excellent perfume for summer: green mandarin, rhubarb, and mint. Fresh and acidic. Pity it doesn’t last long and is a limited edition. I’m obsessed and it’s one of my summer essentials.

I LOVE IT! It’s an amazing perfume for summer. Green mandarin, rhubarb, and mint. Fresh and acidic; the only downside is it doesn’t last long and it’s a limited edition. I’m obsessed with it and it’s one of my summer essentials.

First, the bottle is BEAUTIFUL 💖. The rhubarb is very prominent and perfect with the citrus. Intense opening that then moderates and fades. Longevity: about 3 hours in full heat 🔥. When the green and citrus notes drop, you notice the rose and violet with a sweetness I think comes from pomegranate. Rich EDT. Out of all the ‘apple’ ones from NR, this is the one I use alongside its mother, Nina Bella.

  • The rhubarb is super present; some days it works great for me, others not so much. I prefer it on cool days; in the heat, it feels heavy. The opening is strong, fades after 10 minutes, and drops further by half an hour, lingering for a few hours close to the skin with that green and sweet aroma. I prefer the classic Bella to this one.

  • The rhubarb is super present; some days it works for me and others not so much. I prefer it on cool days; on hot days it feels heavy (even if it shouldn’t). It has a strong opening that drops after 10 minutes, gets softer by half an hour, and then lingers for a few hours before fading to skin scent, always with that green and slightly sweet aroma. In terms of taste, I prefer the classic Bella and not this one.

Absolutely delicious, another masterpiece by Sonia Constant. It’s an EDT with the longevity of an EDP; feminine, tender, candid, and seductive. Very intense, long-lasting, and opulent, with generous and original nuances. It turns heads and you’ll definitely get compliments; it lasts about six hours, longer on clothes, and the trail is brutal in summer. Use it sparingly or it weighs you down, but in summer, it’s a treat. Fresh and green at the start with rhubarb and citrus, then evolves into a floral woody and sweet scent. The name ‘sorbet’ is perfect: refreshing, creamy, and slightly sweet without being cloying. It dries down with rose, violet, and woods; elegant, modern, and youthful. Versatile, but I prefer it for work: three sprays last all day and I feel comfortable and put-together without looking like a ‘matriarch’. I bought it by accident as a gift and ended up keeping it. I had to buy a backup, but it was a waste because it’s limited and I won’t find it again. It’s a shame they’re canceling gems like this. Nina Ricci has overrated classics and masterpieces like this disappearing without a trace. It’s a pity. Would I buy it again? Yes, without a doubt. I hope they bring it back. It’s a perfume that makes you feel good, feminine, and happy.

Oh, Bella. Why only one flanker? It’s incredibly appetizing and a limited edition 😭. Sweeter, brighter, and greener; Les Sorbets de Bella takes the sourness out of the original and turns it into a rhubarb sorbet ball. As a lover of the original, this is my favorite. They’re different, but Les Sorbets has that special delicious ice cream touch. I love perfumes that smell like dessert. Just… WHY DOES BELLA ONLY HAVE ONE FLANKER??? 😭

  • I started with Les Sorbets thanks to my mom and her sky-blue gift. At first, the top notes made me nauseous because they were so strong, but once they settled on my skin, I fell in love. Perfect for spring or the transition to autumn. Note: don’t buy it blindly.

It was a dream come true since I’m a rhubarb fan, but on my skin it turns powdery and drowns out everything else. I’ll try it in winter to see if the magic changes.
