I always thought the spray scent was the definitive one, but I was wrong. Testing it this way made it seem more like a room freshener; nothing bad, just not enchanting. However, once applied to the skin, it releases incredibly rich notes of lavender and vanilla. I’ve read that Bath & Body Works has great longevity and sillage, and while I’m not sure about the sillage, it lasts me about three and a half hours on my skin, so I do need to reapply throughout the day.

I gifted this to my boyfriend and I absolutely loved smelling it on him; since he doesn’t pick his own fragrances, I let him choose, and I couldn’t stop inhaling it. It smells very unisex or masculine, sweet but not overly so. It was perfect to feel it when hugging him—very calming and cozy. Now I’m looking for something similar for him since the bottle is empty.
