It’s like biting into a chocolate bar with coconut filling (I notice the note even though it’s not on the list); it sounds like I’m reviewing a sweet, not a perfume, but it’s so realistic. Unlike other chocolate fragrances like Chocolate Greedy or Dolce Passione, this doesn’t smell like cocoa powder or truffle, but rather a darker, liquid chocolate with a milky touch. A very gourmand aroma.
It’s like biting into a chocolate bar with coconut filling, I can smell it even though it’s not listed; it sounds like a candy and it’s that realistic. Unlike other chocolate fragrances, there’s no cocoa powder or truffle here, just a darker, liquid, milky chocolate. A very gourmand scent.
Chocolate and cream shake, hyper-realistic. If you love this kind of fragrance—sweet chocolate without being cloying—you’ll absolutely adore it. Here’s my review! 😊
Lait et Chocolat: The craving that didn’t quite convince me. I’ve read tons of super positive reviews and get why: it promises to be a sweet, comforting gourmand, an edible fantasy. But for me, it doesn’t feel as realistic as everyone says. From the start, it smells like a low-sugar chocolate roll, with a slightly bitter and dry note, far from cloying pastry. It’s sweet, yes, but restrained; not a cocoa bomb or a creamy dessert, but a quiet snack—warm but lacking deep emotion. The chocolate has a synthetic profile, a bit dusty, closer to a flavoring than a real bar or mousse. The milk provides a background but lacks texture or enveloping quality, making the whole thing pleasant yet flat and forgettable. Plus, the projection is weak; it clings to the skin, staying close, as if it doesn’t want to draw attention. In a gourmand theme, that’s a missed opportunity. Verdict: it’s not a bad perfume, it smells good, but it didn’t touch me emotionally. It lacks soul and punch. I see it as something discreet for specific moments, not a gourmand jewel. It’s nice, but not unforgettable, like that sugar-free roll that goes well with coffee but you won’t dream about at night. Still, I’ll keep testing it slowly and hope my opinion changes; sometimes perfumes speak differently as time goes on.
